Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

This location is always hit or miss. And service is slow... Plus they don't know how to seat tables... Having waits when there are tables open. And I hear servers say they're fine to take one

Update... We just went in and were told we'd have a 30 min wait... But literally all of the tables up front were open... It just makes no sense... Hire more people. Or schedule more ppl.. Whatever it takes to have full tables and great service... We will not be back!

Why is the server staring at my ID extra long, then he keep asking for id's when I told him we're almost 30, we didn't just turn 21 idiot.

The food was very good The waiting service was spectacular and the atmosphere was awesome waiting time to sit down what's about 45 seconds and the waitresses describe the food very well if you ask questions and for a birthday I got a free dessert.

Never refilled beverage (water). I also needed another napkin, but waitress never came around. Never came to ask how anything was until I was done and started paying. Name was Sara.

Waited about 5 minutes to be seated. waited another to 10-15 get an order for drinks after waiting we ordered our drinks and what we wanted to eat. And then we sat there for another 10 to 15 and didn't receive our drinks or our appetizers that came with the entrees which was the breadsticks and soups or salads. People around us came in after us and were getting their drinks and their salads and suits and bread sticks. We walked out, terrible service.

Very fast, very kind, attentive, and honest. Bar tender is wonderful at multitasking. Food is always wonderful at Olive Garden.
