It's been quite some time since I visited a Panera Bread (because the last time I didn't care for the food they had), but I'm glad I tried it again. I don't know what they did (maybe new menu items?), but I really liked it this time. I had the toasted Italiano and a side of Mac and Cheese, delicious!

Food was great. As solo customer when pulling into drive thru I was initially at window waiting for food. Second vehicle pulled in, and then they asked for me to wait in parking space one- done. 15 minutes later I went in to ask if it would be a bit longer for my food. They checked- and brought my bag and said it must have been missed. Receipt on bag specifically stated 01 (as in parking space)I wouldn't complain- but timing seems to be a trend in previous reviews.

Hadn't been there in a while and wanted to try their new sandwich that's only here for a while.
The sandwich was awesome, the service was wonderful and sitting here eating a wonderful sandwich.

A 2 star instead of 1 because I did get a full refund which I do appreciate, the manager was very nice. I got home to realize I didn’t get my sandwich, called and got the refund, only for my husband to realize that there was something we had asked for off of his sandwich, due to allergy reasons, was on half of his sandwich. The receipt even has the request off and states allergy, so I don’t know how that was missed, but thankfully he realized before he ate it and had an anaphylactic allergic reaction. So I will not be going back to this Panera any time soon, if ever again

Our first time at this Panera. Food was good. Highly recommend the scones. Customer service was top notch throughout. Looking forward to going back to explore more food choices.

Went to Panera today for lunch, arrived at 11:40, sat in the drive through with two vehicles in front of me for 5 minutes before ordering. Was informed it would be a 20-25 minute wait for food. I said this was fine and ordered a cup of soup and a half sandwich. 30 minutes later with two vehicles in front of me I finally made it to the register to pay, one of those vehicles left. Paid and they had me move to a drive through spot. It is now 12:35 (almost an HOUR) later and I still haven’t received my food. If I hadn’t paid over $16 for my meal already I would just leave. I don’t believe it is due to lack of staff either as there were at least 7 people I was able to see when I got to the drive thru window. I am honestly shocked at how poor the service was. I rarely leave reviews but this is insane to me, especially as most people only have a short window for lunch.

Waited forever for order and no fresh breads available

Drive-thru can be very slow, but the staff make up for it. Ryan at the window is so friendly and wonderful. Inside is sunny and cozy if you’re dining in. It’s disappointing how frequently they are out of ingredients. Earlier this week, they were out of croutons and cilantro. Today, they’re out of their Greek goddess salad dressing. I’m paying almost $10 for half a salad. If you’re missing ingredients, charge me less.

Ryan, you are awesome! Made my day with your happy, cheerful attitude! The world needs more people like you!

Great food, we sat and planned an upcoming vacation for an hour. It was cozy. The cashier and manager were very nice when my gift card was not working correctly. Thank you.

i don’t even know where to start. i almost never leave reviews but this time i have to. we came through the drive through and was told it would be 15 minutes for our food which was fine because i understand they were busy. finally we get to the window and the cashier told us that our food was on the house because their cash register was malfunctioning, he was extremely nice and he was the only good part about this experience. i gave them the money i would’ve paid for the food as a tip. but then when i opened my sandwich there was a huge chunk of black hair in it, i wish i had a picture of it but it was so disgusting it almost made me puke i couldn’t even look at it. we went back in and kindly asked for it to be remade and explained the situation and then when we said we found a CHUNK OF HAIR in our sandwich some lady from the back comes out and says “no there wasn’t” (it clearly was her hair and she wasn’t wearing a hairnet or hat btw) then continues to be extremely rude. we then got our sandwich remade but it wasn’t even the right sandwich. now we’ve been there for AN HOUR and we were so fed up we just asked for a refund and once again that same lady was EXTREMELY RUDE. i felt bad taking my tip back since the drive through guy was so nice but that was just absolutely disgusting and if you can’t own up to your mistakes and just simply be kind then maybe you shouldn’t have a job in customer service.
