What a joke. Came here with my family and spent around $70. The ice machine was out of order and when it was time to get our food they didn’t have chicken and rice soup and the order was incomplete. Without asking they personally substituted the soups with something different. No consideration of possibility of food allergies. This is the second time this location has disappointed. Maybe it’s a management thing but we won’t be back.

🤮🤮 hair found in two different types of soup, called to talk, they told me to throw the food away and come back for a refund, We went back the lady tried to argue with us and then told us to bring the food that she had told us to throw away in, but luckily we hadn’t. On top of having to wait five minutes for salt and pepper and get no spoons with our three soups. If I could’ve gave you negative stars, I would have

I was driving through and saw that you have a Panera bread in Wausau and I was so excited about it. I went in there and the manager. Lisa was amazing. She took care of my order right away. I had questions about gluten-free products and she answered those and suggested a few other things. I ended up getting a bunch of bagels for my family and they all loved it thank you so much Lisa for your help. You were so nice and I appreciate that you don’t get that very often anymore from people. It was nice to be treated like family
