There was no line when we went. Very friendly and told us an expected wait time. We got a buzzer to inform us when our food was ready to pick up from the counter. I am a fan of the bacon egg and cheese sandwich.

I'll try it one more time but food was mediocre at best. Chicken soup bland. Sandwich was more bread than anything else. 2 kids running around playing hide and seek with dad. What? Really? No one told them to stop. They almost knocked over an elderly man carrying his soup.

Ordered through drive thru, missed an item that we ordered but wasn’t charged for it. Received wrong side. Not the first time this has happened here. Won’t deter us from returning but would suggest they repeat the order back.

Teriyaki chicken bowl was short on broccoli, dry, and the chicken was not trimmed. Most of the 6 pieces had too much fat and gristle to eat. Poor 16$ lunch!

I love Panera - BUT NOT THIS LOCATION.I have been here previously and food has been "meh" compared to other locations. Today, i came in and ordered a pick two- Greek salad and Flatbread. I understand most people don't order a salad to eat in the car, but I'm traveling, and I don't want a fast food burger. Well, upon getting to my car, it immediately became evident that the lid for the salad wasn't even on at all. I didn't even get a chance to try opening the container before it fell all over my car. I wasn't driving, nor distracted, I used two hands. User error you can claim, but what really upset me is now the clean up- lettuce, onions, peppers, feta cheese EVERYWHERE. I went in to the location to grab napkins and ask for a bag to help with the clean up. The employee that had one literal minute before helped me with my order didn't seem to care that the lid wasn't on the salad. There was no offer to make another, and me asking for a bag to collect the (now garbage) salad was clearly asking a lot. The Flatbread barely had cheese, and what was there was barely melted - and by this point, it was cold.Maybe i came on an "off" night, but I will not come to this location again.

Employees aren't very nice there and the food usually is lukewarm and they don't let you know they're out of something until after you have been waiting for your meal.
