The gentleman who seemed to be supervising during this very busy time, was professional, attentive, focused, polite and I felt he was doing a great job. It was very busy and I am appreciative of his excellent customer service. I didn't really notice anything else.I wasn't the consumer of the food so I cannot comment.

Asked specifically for dipping sauce and got nothing! Worst part drove over 30 minutes each way that's for 4 people that can't do math is 1 hour drive time and still get shafted. Plus tip!! Not happy be better at your job. I'm pissed

Food was improperly cooked, way off size proportion wise, some pieces of pizza were massive, and others tiny. Only reason I could eat it was with garlic butter. Chicken bites were soggy (ordered in store everything in store). Employees looked dirty, no hair tye on long hair. I feel like I ordered their summer super bundle with a big tip for a door dash bag, cookie, and a 2L of soda. I work food service and this was disappointing. Don't think I'll go here again..Parking: Ok

Waited to get the notification that my pizza was done to leave my house, showed up to some mumbling drugged out old lady saying that's going to be a min under her slurred speech, waited 10 mins for a pizza that wasn't what I ordered. Never ever will be

Started out strong but not doing so well right now.Today, I ordered a stuffed crust pizza with extra sauce period when I arrived at the store. I confirmed that the pizza had extra sauce because the last several times I have ordered, there has not been extra sauce thus even though I have asked for it. I was told that it had extra sauce, but when I got home, I found that that was not accurate. In addition to that, the main body of the crust is thin and dry. It tastes a bit like 1-2 day old pizza. ( And I would know, I often will have leftover). I am disappointed because I love Papa John's pizza. I was very excited when this new location came to my city. However, the quality of their pizza has gone down since opening earlier last year. If that does not change for the better, I will start going to a different chain instead and only order from Papa John's when I am out of town.

I ordered from Papa Johns for my first time yesterday. I did a online order with delivery. I ordered like $40 dollars worth of food. It took 1hr 20min roughly to get here after ordering. The food was cold but the food tasted good. I will order from here again hoping they will redeem themselves for next time. But other than that I will leave 2/5 stars. Update never got better.
