Ordered a Stuffed crust with some extra sauce...they put a pool of sauce and smidgen of cheese with an over cooked near burnt crust creating dry and sharp-edged a soup bowl...when I called the night manager Kerra (?) Told me it was my fault for asking for extra sauce as if discretion isn't a thing and further blamed the oven for the burnt crust... usually a good place but lately it's been a few of these sorts of unsatisfactory service or food... uncut pizzas...dried out pizza... nearly no sauce or barely any cheese... as if the pizza makers aren't being trained right... and usually at night.

Great services. Markus went his way to help make sure our pizza was delivered even when we didn’t make it home on time. He didn’t want us to eat cold pizza so called to let us know we can pick it up in the store. We got our hot pizza. The pizza was good. Fantastic services we received from the Wausau Pizza Hut. I try to go here about once per year. Just to give them a chance, but every single time I go there, they take twice as long as the app tells you it’s going to be and when you show up everything looks disgusting and no one cares about you or your order. Horrible place. Everything about it is bad.

Our pizzas had no sauce and were so over cooked that the cheese was like leather. Also, the delivery person ranted for a very long time when all we did was open the door to take our pizza after ordering online.

I placed two orders in two days. The first order was sooooo good, I placed a second order the next day because it was so good and because it was too dang hot to cook.
Imagine my complete disappointment when I got my exact order day two and it was nothing like the first. Well, the delivery instructions were perfect. I do contactless delivery because I have a dog. But I digress. The food was lukewarm, probably because it took so long, and it was overcooked. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch melt that had no bacon and was so crispy. The toppings didn’t cover the whole thing which also led to the over crispness to it. I also ordered the cheese breadsticks. The cheese was too over cooked. It didn’t even do the hot string cheese pull it was so overdone.
Again, day one ????? Day two ??????

Stopped in yesterday and the guy working the counter was rude and unwelcoming. Everything he said was dripping in sarcasm and his attitude was completely uncalled for. There was also no sauce on my pizza when I got it home. To recap, bad service, wrong pizza. I will never go here again.

Placed an order through the app and got there on time and they told me pizza will be ready in 8 minutes. 10 minutes went by.. then 20 minutes and then they tell me that my pizza wasn’t even put in the oven yet. So in total I was waiting for almost 40 minutes for 1 pizza and the Workers were just talking and laughing the whole time instead of making the pizza
