Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Went in for lunch today. Place was very busy which was fine but after 20minutes of not even having our drink order or maybe an appetizer is ridiculous especially since the hostess was doing nothing and the poor very pregnant waitress was trying to do everything. We never minded waiting for service but the hostess could at least have helped out with drinks minimum.

I had the spicy burger. It had a lot of sauce and was very sloppy. I liked it.

First time trying the restaurant and the food was great and the prices were fair. However, our server was another issue. Bill came and was 87 dollars after my 10 dollar coupon for free apetizer, for three people! I caught a glimpse of the order on the screen before she changed to the pay page and all of our drinks were double charged and my son's 9.99 burger meal was changed to a 15.99 burger order. I asked to see the bill again and she told me she could not go back to the order screen. She said we couldn't get the 9.99 meal for him because it wasnt on the menu, even though it was in the menu and an ad on the table. I asked for a printout for my spouse to verify and waitress went back to a different computer and brought out a different itemized receipt where total was 59 dollars, all double charges removed for the drinks and my coupon applied for the free appetizer. If I hadn't caught a glimpse of the bill she would of charged us 28 extra dollars on our order. We will not be back even though the food was amazing.

The food was horrible. Took a bite out of my granddaughters puzza and spit it out. Hostess and waitress were rude. Will never go back

Got to eat a few times before with my Daughter. LOVE to bottomless fries and burgers here and of course, the Coke! Always happy to come back!

Burgers and fries and salad were all good. Wait staff attentive and appropriately and timely attended our needs. It was a bit loud bcz of it being bingo night. But they are positive sounds of laughter mostly.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but my recent visit to Red Robin in rib mountain was frustrating from start to finish. Our food came out wrong, the wait was far longer than it should’ve been ( over an hour just for the food)and when the bill finally arrived, it was incorrect as well. On top of that, some of the food we ordered never even made it to the table.
What made the experience worse was the way the manager and staff handled the situation. Instead of trying to make things right, it felt like they didn’t really care about fixing the issues or making sure we left satisfied. For a place known for customer service, this was a huge letdown.
I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve, but based on this visit, I definitely won’t be rushing back

Wasn't impressed with the shroom burger or onion rings. Server was excellent even though she was extremely busy since she was the only server on the one side. Wasn't sure why the 2 employees standing standing by the hostess station couldn't assist her

First time to visit tonight. Kind staff greeted me as I walked in. I had never been to Red Robin before and wanted to get carry out and try the Impossible Burger; I ordered two of the Southern Charm burgers with Impossible meat substitute for me and my mom. It did not take very long and the order was ready. Got home and wow was it good. Looking forward to ordering again, and trying other burger options. From the time I entered to the time I left, it was a great experience. Thank you Red Robin.
