Hours posted for a Sunday were 11am -2am. Showed up at 9:50pm on a Sunday night and it was closed. Super disappointing to make the drive. Really wanted to try a beer here after snowboarding.

Absolutely horrible service. Saturday night, 8:00 and the owner is the only bartender. Twice stood at the bar for over 5 minutes to wait for a drink while owner talked with people at far end of bar.

Awful .. walked in stood at bar for awhile with NO acknowledgement. Then he took another person order after we tried to get his attention.needless to say awful ? so we just left. Don't go here even if it's not busy it's awful.

This place has been really inconsistent since the Covid pandemic. Their hours are irregular and inconsistent. They don't have food anymore. Was in there tonight and the place was dirty. Floors were actually sticky. A lot of the taps didn't have beer. It's a shame since this was a good place before.

Super chill atmosphere, the ambiance in this bar is spot on --instead of the florescent, hospital-style lights that 90% of other bars in Wausau have, Taphouse has the lights dimmed with a glowing bar, liquor display, and machines. I would definitely stop by and check it out!

Owner Todd is awesome and staff is very friendly and makes wonderful drinks. High quality service and fun welcoming environment! Highly recommend for a Wausau local bar and out of towners. Great drinks and great service and atmosphere! Our favorite bar to go to in Wausau! Also great prices!
