My fiance and I came here for the first time today and absolutely loved it! Food is so good, we had one of their omelets with ham and the basic, portion sizes are great. Toast is huge and so fluffy and good. The decorations inside are so cute. The women working were all super nice and they clean the tables super nice as well. Prices are very good for what you get.

Average wait times for food are 30 minutes, but they have a traffic light to indicate depending on business. Food was with waiting for. Very friendly staff. Lots of variety.

Everything about The Filling Station is excellent, from the food, to the staff, to the overall vibe and attention to detail. The atmosphere is homey and natural, yet feels like a quiet world apart. The staff there is friendly, professional, and very good at what they do. And the food comes in generous, Wisconsin sized portions, tastes amazing, and the presentation is spot on. Whether you are looking for a quiet corner to get away to during the week, or an amazing brunch buffet on Sundays, this is the place to go.

The food is decent. Service was fine. I was really thrown off by all the passive aggressive messages. "Just leave" "don't share your germs". Rarely am I uncomfortable in a resturant, but it gives such an unwelcoming vibe. To basically say you might get bad service, then have such high priced food that is just...decent. I will not be returning.

Salad bar is always so good. This week too much to even rave about… cucumber salad, ribs, sliders, potato pancakes the list goes on ….

Well, the homemade kettle chips come in two varieties: burned or underdone. All flavorless. The rest of their menu isn't spectacular.
The breakfast buffet on Sunday is horrendous - overdone, rubbery eggs with no bacon. Save your $19 for a homemade meal.
The servers will ask you how your meal is, and then take umbrage when you're honest.

Only got a 4 because of wait time, which I completely understand why there's a wait time as the restaurant is small itself and can only handle so many orders at once. This is by far my favorite place to eat, the food is fantastic and the people are nice. But if you are on a time crunch, do not go here and cause a scene because of the wait time. The kitchen is like the size of my bathroom, it's amazing of the sheer volume the kitchen puts out in food.
