I'm a dasher and this was a bad experience, the order dat there by drive thru the girls/women never asked if I needed any help they all looked at me and started orders or hoped on a tablet or wiped stuff off I found that to be rude and somewhat disrespectful to acknowledge a customer or someone in there establishment. Do better working in a customer based job setting

Poorly run and managed. You absolutely have to order in the mobile app, or you will wait 30 minutes for a coffee order. 45 in the drive through. The place is set up fast food pick up, with no seating, etc., but it fails to embody the basic definition of "fast." And it certainly has no traditional coffeehouse charm. This is a skip.

Never in my life have I had a negative experience with Starbucks till today. They forgot my food and I asked for a venti and they gave me the smallest along with making it wrong when asking to be made with water it was made with lemonade and they weren't even busy and when asking for the food that was missed the worker was just rude so I didn’t even bring up the drink. I will drive the 40min instead of 30 from now on.
