I don’t know why, I order coffee here, but it never tastes right; every time I order, it has a different flavor.

Was passing through the area having a bad day, and picked up a mobile order. Didn’t realize until later- there was a beautiful drawing on my cup with a cat and flowers. It reminded me of my cat i recently lost and really made my day. Just wanted to show my appreciation <3 Thank you!

I went here to get a mocha cookie crumble. When the barista handed it to me I noticed it was white in places all the way to the bottom. It tasted horrible. If I where to guess, they put whip cream and coffee in it. What a waste of $10 and I even left a tip. Never again...

This was a pretty good experience. The staff was more friendly than usual so A+ on that. I was worried on the wait but they got me going with in 5 minutes on a somewhat busy day.

We went in to relax from driving. Handicapped parking and,building access. Restroo.s too, very clean. Fast and friendly service, sat down to eat med coffee, bagle w cream cheese, 2 sausage cheese biscuits. Table was clean as was the eatting area. Very nice about 18 bucks and 1 dollar tip.

Got my drink today & it seemed light, so I didn’t take a sip & brought it home to measure. Sure enough
it was short by 4 oz. The grande size is supposed to be 16 oz & my drink was less than 12oz. I guess I just need to make it at home.

I'm a dasher and this was a bad experience, the order dat there by drive thru the girls/women never asked if I needed any help they all looked at me and started orders or hoped on a tablet or wiped stuff off I found that to be rude and somewhat disrespectful to acknowledge a customer or someone in there establishment. Do better working in a customer based job setting

One of the employees was very kind and made us in house coffees to go with the pastry we ordered. Never felt taken care of at a Starbucks until today.

Poorly run and managed. You absolutely have to order in the mobile app, or you will wait 30 minutes for a coffee order. 45 in the drive through. The place is set up fast food pick up, with no seating, etc., but it fails to embody the basic definition of "fast." And it certainly has no traditional coffeehouse charm. This is a skip.
