Updated 2024 review - Still an awful excuse for a Starbucks. I put in multiple different mobile orders, different times, different days, when picking up my Target orders. Every. Single. Time. my order was made wrong!! I look on the app and everything is displayed as ordered. THE STICKER ON THE CUP IS CORRECT and yet they still make it wrong. And to boot, you have to walk it back in to get it fixed. And..... Whatever you do, don't leave your car in the pick-up area (after you pick-up your pick-up) because you will get a nasty note left on your car. Well, HELLO! If my order was correct in the 1st place, I wouldn't have to go inside! Save yourself the headache and run into Pick-N-Save's Starbucks location instead!
2019 review - Slowwwwwww. But friendly. Had to wait longer than 20 min for my order. Need 3 more people working here! Got one drink (frapp) 10 minutes before other 2 drinks. Started standing in line at 250pm, still waiting for drinks at 336pm.... Got my last of 3 drinks at 342pm.... Ridiculous.

Baristas are probably racist. Both baristas working saw me in line, female barista told me she’d be with me in a bit after taking orders from girls ahead of me. Rude and not friendly. She never returned after and went to go do refills. She still saw me standing there, just pretending I didn’t exist. Then male barista came to the register and looked past me, who is standing in front of him, and asked the ladies behind me if they needed help. They looked at me and asked me if I’ve been helped yet. I looked back at him and said “no?” And he never apologized. He just said “what can I get ya” the whole experience was bad, I felt like I was invisible or disgusting? Terrible . I’m from the cities and never had experiences like this until I went to this specific starbucks. Don’t think this is okay and they need to be investigated for it if they also do that to other people of color, paying customers. Messed up. Do better

Every time I give this location a chance, they always make my order wrong. Every. Single. Time. If I order a drink hot, it comes iced or the other way around. When I ask to have it corrected, I end up waiting 15-ish minutes for a new drink and it also never tastes like it should. I give up with this location. I would recommend going to the McDonald’s across the street for coffee instead. ?

I ordered an iced white chocolate mocha with sweet cream cold foam and extra caramel drizzle and when i received the drink it was very watery and there was almost no foam. I asked for a new drink and explained why and when i received it there was no caramel at all. the baristas were very nice they just seemed inexperienced.
