Only reason why I'm not writing it a one is because the food was still good. both employees did not want to be there. One of them didn't even talk you just stared at you. Has to be the worst customer service I've ever gotten from a subway. I will not go to this subway again.

Most of the time when I go threw the drive through it takes a while but they get the order right. Today they gave me a steak with buffalo sauce on it, I ordered a pizza sub. Next time I’m going inside so I can actually see what they are doing, to ensure I get the right sub.

I’ve stopped at this store twice, both times I have gotten honey mustard when I asked for yellow. I am allergic. First time I caught it before leaving so they gave me a new one for free, this time I took it home before noticing. 2 subs in the garbage.

Was really disappointed that they do not have soup at this restaurant. Only the other Subway's in town do.. But they do not offer it.Vegetarian options: Subs are made as you trust in getting off you. You can get whatever you want on your sub. If you just want pure veggies on your sub, then so be it. However you want it, they got you.Kid-friendliness: They are friendly to everyone. But there are not any special kid set up's (toys, jungle gym etc).Parking: It's a tight fit when the businesses are busy. Not a large parking lot for a place of 3 businesses but normally you'll find a spot.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs, all flat cement.
My chicken was half frozen. The girl working was more interested in fraternizing with the people in the store and showing off her dance moves than making my food. I know it's hard to find good help,but the hiring manager should have done a better job at screening applicants.....

It was very busy at 7 pm, was a long line but the 3 young gentleman working did an awesome job. It was the one guys 1st day, one guy was really new, and the third guy was experienced. None of them let the rush affect how they did their job or their mood. I was very impressed with them and will definitely go back there again.

Absolutely the best and fresh vegetables in wausau area. Great service and food is always fast and fresh. I will only go to this subway as the workers are great and speedy. I'd recommend this subway to anyone and everyone. Thank for the awesome service and great sub and service.
