Positively the WORST customer service I had ever been subjected to at a Subway.The young male server with a scruffy goatee told me I could not have the extra lettuce I requested on my turkey salad and then proceeded to give me three times more spinach then i wanted and was very surly about removing the spinach. I asked him to replace the removed spinach with more iceberg lettuce and he said he could not or i would have to pay extra.I said I had no problem with paying extra and then he said he could not do that because the computer/till was not set up to charge for individual/extra ingredients.He said he could only put the standardized amounts of any ingredient on my salad and became very surly. Now he was arguing with the customerThen he made some conflicting illogical comments about a limited number of ingredients allowed....now confusing me about number vs quantity....and it got worse, from there.I understood the Covid restrictions that were in place a few years back, limits due to pipeline supply issues, but this server was rude, abrasive, punitive and aggressive beyond belief - and we are NOT under Covid protocols or the accompanying economic conditions, to my knowledge anyway, anymore.I told him I traveled from Missouri to Wisconsin often and had never encountered such hostile service at any Subway as this, my hometown one.He said each franchise is different. Our local Culver's gets excellent reviews for customer service and they encourage a customer to "have it their way." Sure they charge a bit more. But the customer never goes away feeling actually insulted for spending their money there.But to have conflicting policies where the customer always loses, and gets insulted by rude servers, is NOT, I would think, what any manager wants to put forth in a small, close-knit community where word DOES get around. At least train your employees in civility!!

Could be a bit more engaging with customer service. It's pretty dead inside might as well blast some music!!! Did not figure out how to use the drive through, was sitting there for a good few minutes before realizing it was a touch screen.

Regrettably, my recent visits to Subway have been quite underwhelming. The staff seemed disengaged, merely going through the motions. Unlike previous occasions when I was offered additional options for my sandwich, it appears this interaction has changed. The overall experience left me feeling like Subway has become nothing more than an overpriced sandwich chain. Consequently, I'm inclined to support local businesses moving forward, seeking a more genuine and satisfying dining experience.

Bathrooms were very dirty. Pink ring in toilet which clearly means it needs a good scrubbing. Sink has gunk around drain so I'm sure that hadn't been cleaned either. Floor was sticky and my feet stuck to it. Napkin dispenser was dirty and had food on it. Tables weren't washed.

We put our order through the online app, first time. I did not skip the line! After confirming they had my order I watched two guys make more than 15 sandwiches for at least 5 other customers and waited 20 minutes before I had to say, really? What is happening here? Should I have gone through the drive through? Just walked in and ordered in person? Special instructions were missed; no honey mustard on one and not cut in thirds on the other. Total wait in store was 35 minutes.

The ham and cheese sub was the worst I have ever had, no meat all lettuce and tomato. The bread rachal was way off. I will never return there.

You can get any 6" sub made into a salad, yet they cost $14+. How does that make any sense? I went to this location and got a salad. They now put them into the tiny protein bowl bowls, which is just ridiculous. I understand why protein bowls are smaller, because you are focusing on protein, but to make a salad in these small bowls is ridiculous. You get about 1/8 cup of lettuce. I also only got two slices of cheese. I am pretty sure more than two slices of cheese go on a 6" sub. I feel like this location always skimps on everything compared to others. I can literally go to Texas Roadhouse and get a meal for the cost of this tiny salad. Never again!!!!

At lunch the drive thru was longer than expected. When I finally got back to work with my sandwich it was the WRONG order! Called them back n told them. They were going to issue a refund but I still didn't get what I wanted given the long wait time I had. Disappointing!
