Ordered online to pick up. Will never do that again. They missed half the things I requested for my 2 subs. Will only order in person from now on. Unfortunately, it will mean less business for them as I prefer pick up.

TK “Diesel” ADVENTURES

Got up charged 2 extra $ in both of my sandwich’s for adding bacon? When I ordrer the chicken bacon ranch I would expect this to come with the bacon and. It be up charged for this. Along with the all American club. Was charged 2.19 for adding bacon on a sandwich that should have bacon in it as the ingredients listen on the menu had it. I asked and they both totally blew me off and said it’s for the extra cheese? The CBR comes with extra cheese anyways so that doesn’t make any sense at all. Along with the all American club? I’ve concluded at that moment that they are the Lowest of the barrel in the IQ department. What a shame. Won’t be returning.

It was AWFUL customer service. We got there before they closed. The guy behind the counter had a very bad attitude. He had already emptied the entire cold case, already counted his till, and was put out that we were there. Rather than ask what type of bread we wanted, he pulled out 2 pcs of White. I asked for multigrain and he was visibly put out. He did not close the door for the bread. He was slamming stuff around. I said, "hey, if you don't want to make our sandwiches, we can leave,"He mumbled something. So we just walked out. I know it is very hard to get good help, but the attitude and appearance of this dude will cause this Subway to likely CLOSE PERMANENTLY... very sad.

Ordered from here through a delivery service platform for a breakfast sandwich. Got 1 steak egg and cheese and 1 egg and cheese. Both came steak egg and cheese. I, the person who the egg and cheese was for, am a vegetarian. I was really looking forward to the egg and cheese. But because of how it was made it was impossible to pick off the steak and save the sandwich. I have severe sensory issues with food and I was really looking forward to this sandwich. I know this sounds dramatic, but it literally caused me a meltdown that I didn't get the egg and cheese sandwich.This is the second or third time I've had a completely messed up order from this location. I know that things can get busy and online orders can make that worse with short staffing. But after a certain point it is unacceptable. Turn off the online orders if you are too overwhelmed.

The Cheapscotts

Well.... Subway has impressed us today and stepped up their game. Needed a quick bite to eat in Walmart and saw that they have updated their menu!! And it's impressive. Not the same boring sandwiches - they have rotisserie chicken, pizza and options for a wrap, salad or bowl. We got the turkey club and it was really good. The fixings looked and tasted fresh. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. Will definitely come back and try the new items! Hopefully it will stay good.

Came in at 2 pm, waited for nearly 20 minutes before she got to us. She was incredibly rude, heated steak on a paper sheet, which left pieces of paper in one of the sandwiches, which later fell apart as she was cutting it. Sandwiches are messy since the girl was just slapping stuff on them, and missing things we asked for. Asked for two footlongs to be toasted, they were put in together for half the amount of time they should have been.

Rude and lazy worker. I watch a dude make 2 subs while a girl do no ething the whole time just watch him make the subs. She did our order and did not look at use once at us and gave a additude when he talk to her. She rolled her eyes on us and walked back in the employee area when she was done with our order.

I am very dissatisfied at the service. Lady was very rude. Had bad attitude. Smashed sandwiches and tossed them across the counter, they almost went on the floor. Ask for chips and cookies, she rolled her eyes and ignored the question. She just went on to say the total. I am not happy and will never return!!!!
