I think that the food was good and the interactions that we had with the employees was good....however you have to place your order at a kiosk I really dis like these kiosks in restaurants like this. This particular store was clean the staff was friendly and the interactions that they had with customers was very good.

Put an order in on the app and it wasn’t taken right so we were sent on a wild goose chase having to get in contact with support and all that bull. I’ll I wanted was my tacos. The on top of that the assistant manager thru lots of attitude and couldn’t keep her act together. Terrible service and terrible communication. Hope they can get there stuff together. How disappointing

they got my entire order wrong and didn’t give me anything to compensate. I am very disappointed in this Taco Bell and my feelings are hurt and I’m gonna be honest, I cried while eating this food because I was very upset! I want a refund and I want the right food and they didn’t give me either and I’m very very very very very Mad! yes, the food came here on time, but it was completely wrong so what difference does it make?

Probably the worst Taco Bell food and service I’ve ever had, and the bar is pretty low. Granted it’s the late shift/unhappy worker but jesus this was an experience I will not be returning for.
We had an issue and the manager went way above and beyond to fix it. I'm so glad to see places that still have great customer service!

They forgot one of the items in my order, and I flagged it in the app. Got a call on my cell later from the manager personally apologizing and offering me a free box meal for the trouble. He was very polite and well spoken. I wasn't in the area for another month, but as soon as I mentioned it he knew what I was talking about and gave me a free meal with no hassle. Will absolutely be coming back!

Need better breakfast hours. I drove here a little after 6AM really wanting a breakfast burrito before work, but they weren't open. I was greeted to a delicious looking breakfast menu and a robot voice stating they weren't open and to try again later. It takes me 20 minutes to get here. I felt like Clark Griswold wanting to punch a moose. I had to settle for McDonalds across the street.
