Most pathetic batch of tacos I've had yet. Bean burrito gagged me... the beans were so runny and disgusting.

They forgot one of the items in my order, and I flagged it in the app. Got a call on my cell later from the manager personally apologizing and offering me a free box meal for the trouble. He was very polite and well spoken. I wasn't in the area for another month, but as soon as I mentioned it he knew what I was talking about and gave me a free meal with no hassle. Will absolutely be coming back!

Need better breakfast hours. I drove here a little after 6AM really wanting a breakfast burrito before work, but they weren't open. I was greeted to a delicious looking breakfast menu and a robot voice stating they weren't open and to try again later. It takes me 20 minutes to get here. I felt like Clark Griswold wanting to punch a moose. I had to settle for McDonalds across the street.

Waited a long time in the drive through. Was there with only one other car, in the entire lot. For some reason we're not taking orders timely. Food was ok.

I used the app to place my order. My order was quickly prepared and ready at the scheduled time. My server was friendly too.

Only had a $50 bill and they said they didn’t have change for it when my order was $27 something there telling me they don’t have the change for that???!!!! Once i use my card she then asks me what sauce and then hands me my bag right away with no sauce get new employees that actually care!!!

Stopped in yesterday and the supposed "Assistant GM" Bryce was disrespectful towards his employees. Cussing at them so loud to the point customers could hear. As someone who's worked as manager that is not how you treat the people you work with. Very good way to lose customers.

I come here quite often as I work nearby, but I think today's gonna be my last time. I want to start by saying that the employees are always very polite and upbeat, and you can see that everybody is working hard, but clearly they need help. They're so busy and in a rush, I don't think I've ever received an order that didn't have some mistake, and getting that fixed is going to mean standing at the counter for 10+ minutes until they have a moment to address customers again.
This might be a bit nit picky, but today my order got submitted twice by mistake. I've worked several fast food jobs myself, and whenever something like that happened we would always confirm with the customer before making the food because that's a pretty obvious accident. Instead they just made both identical orders, leaving me with way more food than I wanted to buy when a simple question would have straightened things out. Hopefully whoever is running the place starts prioritizing proper staffing over saving some money on labor costs.

Just because I was on an electric BIKE they wouldn't let me order food cuz they don't want to be sued even tho that is a very dumb reason after all If I get injuried by another person in the drive-thru then it is the person's who hit me would be at fault not Taco Bells or my, so there is no reason that I shouldn't had been able to eat food
