Went through the drive thru since I was in a hurry. I ended up with the wrong meat in the grilled cheese burrito- the burrito was also dry tasting like the shell was stale but still somewhat edible. Also had a crunch wrap and was dissatisfied with the tortilla being stale, almost no meat, it mainly had lettuce only and on top of that the wrap was basically cold. Ended up throwing half the order out and won’t come back! Schofield Taco Bell from now on if we do any in the future!

Service is terrible at times, they always forget at least one or two items. and when i tell you i am so pissed, i went and got the new luxe boxes and they chalupas. they gave us the essence of meat. I hate this location so much they need better workers who actually like their job every time you pull up someone always has an attitude about something. My brother and i struggle with anxiety so we don’t say anything to them and what’s the point even if we do? the worker’s attitudes always stay the same. If you don’t like working in customer service find a new job. I would like a refund for my order in all honesty!

Taco Bell is good food if you're in a hurry or something and need to grab a quick meal. I wouldn't consider it to be a place I would like to go to often. The food is always just above mediocre; to me. My rating for the atmosphere is low because I never go in the store and the only service is from the worker in the Drive-Thru. They are always nice but they mess up on the order a lot.

The slowest taco bell I've even been to. I've given them a couple chances and each time, it's at least a 30 minute wait for 5 items. I even order thru the app. Another time was an hour wait. Driving across town to the other location would be faster.

The food main food i got was good but the cinnamon twists were disgusting, tasted like old oil and hardly any cinnamon or sugar on them. Was disappointed.

5 stars soley based on the young guy with glasses working the drive thru at 11:40 tonight. The guy gave me great service with a smile on his face, which is hard enough to find in general in customer service these days nonetheless at almost midnight.

I am a manager at a sh Dr Lloyd gas station...I just got done working a 14 hour shift and I would be damn you guys made wait 7 minutes to get my order that I already placed online and than another 4 minutes at the windows to get my damn order!!!!!! I would never do what you did to any of my customers!!!! I will never go there again!!!! If I hadn't paid for my food online I would of drove off!!!! And than I ordered 8 taco sauce online and do you think for waiting for that long of a time i could if at least got everything I ordered? HELL NO!!!!!

Probably the most disappointing I’ve ever been with a Taco Bell … extremely dissatisfied… Ive been working my way up to here from Florida eating Taco Bell along the way. What I had this evening was an absolute joke. Mostly tortilla, hardly any filling. The chips and cheese were both half full. They’re not very big to begin with, but for 2.50 and to have it half full? Seriously will never come back here again. Hopefully the one in Schofield is better.
