The slowest taco bell I've even been to. I've given them a couple chances and each time, it's at least a 30 minute wait for 5 items. I even order thru the app. Another time was an hour wait. Driving across town to the other location would be faster.

The food main food i got was good but the cinnamon twists were disgusting, tasted like old oil and hardly any cinnamon or sugar on them. Was disappointed.

5 stars soley based on the young guy with glasses working the drive thru at 11:40 tonight. The guy gave me great service with a smile on his face, which is hard enough to find in general in customer service these days nonetheless at almost midnight.

I am a manager at a sh Dr Lloyd gas station...I just got done working a 14 hour shift and I would be damn you guys made wait 7 minutes to get my order that I already placed online and than another 4 minutes at the windows to get my damn order!!!!!! I would never do what you did to any of my customers!!!! I will never go there again!!!! If I hadn't paid for my food online I would of drove off!!!! And than I ordered 8 taco sauce online and do you think for waiting for that long of a time i could if at least got everything I ordered? HELL NO!!!!!

Probably the most disappointing I’ve ever been with a Taco Bell … extremely dissatisfied… Ive been working my way up to here from Florida eating Taco Bell along the way. What I had this evening was an absolute joke. Mostly tortilla, hardly any filling. The chips and cheese were both half full. They’re not very big to begin with, but for 2.50 and to have it half full? Seriously will never come back here again. Hopefully the one in Schofield is better.

Did an online order. Pulled up to the drive thru speaker box and was told it was a 30 minute wait. Seemed like there were no customers inside and we were the only vehicle in the drive thru. I was in so much shock that I had to have the attendant repeat themselves. From what I’ve been told this is a common occurrence. Either the owners need to hire more help/ pay better or the manager on duty is lazy and can’t lead their team to do a simple fast food job.

Either way this is completely unacceptable for a fast food restaurant.

They completely ignored my request to modify the main part of my meal, the Cantina chicken burrito. I asked for several things to be removed, and they added every single one. This is a food allergy lawsuit waiting to happen. I'm never coming back to this location.

Cracked Escape Room

Waited in line forever. Drive thru never moved. Drove away with 2 other cars. 1pm on a Saturday seemed like nobody was working there. Not the first time this has happened. Every other Taco Bell in the area is fine. This one we never get served in a timely manner but I’m not one to leave negative reviews…. But this is getting silly
