Great place for the money. Food has fallen a bit in quality from a while back, but still good. Im not a big fan of noisy places and I'm a bit jumpy, so I dislike the birthday shows. Some people need to learn to park or need to not bring a dually to dinner.

This was the first time I had a bad Dallas fillet. Wasn't tender at all. The manager was sweet and gave us some money off the bill. I usually enjoy my leftovers but the steak was really bad. I ended up throwing it away! I don't understand how a tenderloin can be tough. I even get it medium rare which is usually perfect. This visit was very disappointing and the music was so loud that I couldn't have a conversation with my sister.

Was there for a birthday dinner. Called ahead there were 9 of us had to wait another 30 minutes when we got there. .Didn't get seated together and the waitress KAITLYN WAS VERY VERY RUDE. OUR FOOD WAS COLD AND NOT DELIVERED TOGETHER .AWFUL $150.00 WASTED.

Texas Roadhouse is consistently good, has an excellent reputation. I had a couple of issues with this particular visit. My steak was over cooked and there was a weird grittiness to the mushroom and onions on it. Otherwise everything else was excellent.

This place is always busy but after beat seated right away I had no reason to think they were beyond their capacity to get food out on a decent timeline. After we ordered we waited for 45 minutes before I finally said if our food was ready we needed to take it to go. I got a Caesar salad and we had two kids meals. Zero explanation. It’s not that we were simply forgotten as our waitress checked on our drinks several times throughout that 45 minutes. Had this been the first time this happened at this location I would have shrugged it off but that’s not the case. Not worth returning.
