We ordered appetizer that we did not get. The food came and we said we didn't get the appetizer. Waitress asked if we still wanted it - well no - the idea is to eat it while waiting for entree. She said she'd give us a card for a free appetizer next time. When we paid I asked about the card she promised and she said she had to check with manager. She came back manager said no card - they could make the appetizer in 3 minutes. We wanted it at beginning - not dessert. I said - let me show you something on my phone. I showed her the text I received at 3:49pm from my dinner guest stating "I want a bloomin' onion". The waitress said oh - that's nice. I said - my point is that's the main reason we came. This was very disappointing. She said Oh ok - well it's been really busy - you have a good night. Really poor recovery. Mistakes happen. How you "recover" - and how the management handles it ... it matters. There were empty tables - not packed like is common. There were not people packed up front waiting to be seated when we got there or when we left.

I really like this Texas RH in particular. I always feel like this restaurant’s service is so much better than some of the other Texas RH’s. I had Rib Eye (12oz), and salads back to back 3 days. Nice place

It was my son’s 8th birthday yesterday and he wanted to eat at Texas Roadhouse. We, a party of seven, went there a little past noon. I told the young lady checked us in it was my son’s birthday and we were there to celebrate it. She said they will do that, but we had to wait atleast 15 minutes for a table. We waited and finally got a table. I also remind our server, a young lady, about my son’s birthday. She said she will gather a team and help us celebrate the birthday after we eat. We ordered two burgers and both arrived with cold, burnt patties. Other orders arrived good. She stopped by again when we finished and said if I used the tablets to pay then we can leave after we pay. She left. No birthday celebration for my son. Dry, cold, burnt burger patties. It was a big disappointment to my son who talked about eating at Texas Roadhouse for his birthday.

Didn’t get chili until food. Double drinks are weak. Hand sanitizer at door US Is empty. Biggest pet peeve is touching a dirty hand sanitizer and nothing comes out. Hands twice as bad. Isn’t a great look for a restaurant.
