Our server jaziyah (sorry if i misspelled her name) was amazing ! She was very sweet and on top of everything even though she was training another server and looked pretty busy. Definitely best service I’ve had at a restaurant will be coming again !

Wife and I went recently, I got the pulled pork sandwich and she got a steak. She was happy with the steak and I loved the pulled pork. Service was great and friendly and the atmosphere was good (music was a bit too loud IMO, had to almost shout over it). Overall, will be coming back.

Our whole dinner was ruined steaks were dried out my 7 year old's steak bites were burnt to a crisp she couldn't even chew it. I should have taken pictures, everything was super disappointing the manager and waitress even agreed. Super disappointed on how they treated us as well after I addressed my steak being super well done she said it can be redone and asked if i wanted to pack the steak "to go!" I noticed they didn't remove my husband's 40$ meal and sides that he didn't even touch and when I addressed it the manager's response was... I mean I already took off 26$ and snatched the receipt out of my hand! Our whole dinner was ruined even the bread hard and over cooked! We ended up splitting some of my daughter's dried out salmon and just going home to cook! Still paid 65$ for what waiting 45 minutes for the disappointment of ALL the food we ordered?$65 for 5 drinks and a dried out piece of salmon. Way to ruin a celebration dinner, we were regulars but not anymore after that experience. I hope that's not how you treat ALL PEOPLE and not just "some" tbh! Super unacceptable! Never again.

We came in tonight for our anniversary dinner. I have Sensitivity to loud noises but we love your food. Our waiter Abraham was great right off the bat. We were trying to order and they started yelling for a birthday I think and I shut down and plugged my ears. He waited til they were done and apologized, than said he could ask them to turn down the music and than if he was inbetween customers he would come over and warn me before they were going to yell again. I have learned in life that there isn't very many people in world who would go out of there way to help someone who is has special needs. Thank you to this amazing young man for going out of your way.

My partner and I came in to eat and it was PACKED. Nothing bad about that at all. The service was great UNTIL my partner had an issue with the fish fry. I personally did not try it because I'm pregnant and fish would've just made me vomit BUT my partner had expressed that the fish was was bland. We brought it up to our server and they brought over the Manager Jordan.First off... he basically blasted the fact that my partner had a problem with the food to everyone sitting around. He spoke so loud that other tables started looking at us. I wasn't aware that having issues with food gave Managers the right to basically try to embarrass customers.Second... my partner asked if he could get something else and let me just say.... this Manager Jordan said "The foods already out Man. The fish is Cod and the batter combined is why it taste like that"So....was that him telling us "too bad so sad"? I just looked at this Manager in complete shock. I've never had a situation in ANY restaurant where a Manager basically told us "we made the food so that's what you get whether or not you like it"The point was MY PARTNER WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE FOOD. And to sit there as Manager and shrug your shoulders amd say "The foods already out Man" was absolutely MIND BOGGLING.I just told the Manager "if we have to pay for both meals then I dont care, that's fine."The Manager agreed to that of course and I just told him to throw the fish fry away because why would my partner eat it if he's unsatisfied with it. The Manager did give us 50% off for the fish fry but the cost really didn't matter at all and WAS NOT THE PROBLEM!!! It was the unprofessionalism and the embarrassment that we went through. I hope that next time another customer is unsatisfied with their meal that the Manager of that shift doesn't blast their business loudly in front of other tables. Completely humiliating.

Ordered 2 Long Island iced teas (which are supposed to be mostly liquor), but the glasses were packed tight with crushed ice (a profitable trick, I know), so I maybe got about 5 swallows per glass. 2 LIITs and I didn’t even feel a slight buzz because I paid $10 for 2 cups of ice. Rip off. Disappointed. This was my favorite restaurant too and I feel let down.

Worst visit ever.. took an hour to get food.. when it did get to our table it was all messed up. My husband's primerib was very raw.. not medium. Bad service. Might not come back again.
