Dan and Kim are always stepping up the environment and doing creative food, but the cocktails are consistent and excellent. I recommend the Killa Beez. Tonight was empanadas. Get three for each person.

We had my husband’s retirement party at Timekeeper Distillery. We rented the entire space. The food, beverages, and wait staff were phenomenal. Working with Kimm to prepare for this event was so easy. Her communication was top notch!!! Would highly recommend this place for your future event!!

I usually stick to one or two go-to drinks because most places are hit or miss. Here it is the exact opposite. Everything is amazing! I can never choose, so I don’t. When Logan is behind the bar, I let him surprise me with something new every time, and every drink has been incredible. The owner, Dan, is also fantastic. He is genuinely passionate about his craft and creating a great experience. Definitely support this local spot and treat yourself to some amazing drinks!

My husband and I got married at Timekeeper. We rented out the whole distillery for our big day and had our ceremony on the patio. Everyone loved the space, and were very excited to see a train go by during dinner. Dan and Kimm were great to work with, and all the staff were wonderful. Our guests raved about the drinks, particularly the Old Fashioned and Bee's Knees, and the food. It was such a special and memorable space, and made for an awesome party!
I went to see the train station and with friends who like liquor. I'm strictly a beer guy. They had some good beer on tap. Also tried some of their mixed drinks that are friends had. Our friends liked it a lot. I enjoyed trying some of the different drinks they had. The reason I'm writing this though is the owner Dan is just super nice. A very nice guy to visit with and learn about his business. Had some great beer and my friends enjoyed his drink creations. Will go back for sure.
