Ordered a pizza not during a peak hour time. Pizza wasn't delivered until hour after the maximum wait time. I'm 5 minutes away from the store. I called the store and was told they only have one driver, then asked for any compensation and was told no. Called again to speak to the manager on duty about this and asked for compensation and they said their manager would not approve that cause they have been losing to much money. Wonder why they are losing money. I was only offered to cancel my order. Toppers the company doesn't care cause all you can contact is the individual stores. The only person I don't blame here is the driver.

Placed an order for curbside triple pepperoni stix. Order was past the scheduled time and despite checking in twice no one brought my order out to me. I ended up having to go in to get it. When I finally got my order and got home I was very disappointed. The stix were over baked and it looks like the they made a mistake by making cheese stix and after the baked them they threw and handful of pepperoni in the middle of the stix. None of the pepperoni adhered to the stix and just fell off when we tried to eat the stix. For almost $20 for a triple stix you would think it would be of better quality.

We ordered pizza,wings,and sticks online. My husband went in to get the food, 2 employees were standing by a table talking to the guy at the counter. About 5 to 10 minutes go by when they realized he was standing there waiting for his pick up. Once they took his name to grab his order someone, must have been a manager, was asking the guy getting our food a question which then took up more time for my husband to stand around and wait for them to be done talking. When we got home our chicken pizza looker more like onion pizza, our wings were definitely the last of the crumbs from a bag. The only good thing was the sticks.

This place is f up. I ordered online and they took my money but then said they didn't get the order and then proceeded to tell me there driver wouldn't deliver After they recognized they screwed up. They refuse to refund my money AND to deliver the order. This place is a f joke!!

I went in to pick up an order for my son. I walked into the Wausau location and there was the delivery driver and an older guy who I assume was the manager standing in the back. The delivery driver, a girl, was talking to the man and swearing about what I assume was her last delivery. I stood there for about 5 minutes as he looked at me and went back to talking to her. He then said I'll be with you in a minute and continued to talk to the driver. After another 5 minutes or so of them trash talking another customer he said, are you here to pick up? I said I was and he said which one on the screen are you here for? I didn't see the TV screen as my back was to it so I was a little confused. So he said very rudely, the TV screen, which name are you here to pick up? He practically yelled it. I told him which one and he grabbed the boxes, brought them up, said have a good day and huffed off like I was really an inconvenience to him. This was the 1st time I have ever been in there and I don't really feel like ever going back. The food was also just ok. Nothing to be wowed about at all.

I ordered and they told me it would be there in 25 minutes. I waited 35 called to see what was going on and they said it should be there in 10 minutes I waited 20 minutes and called they then told.me they didn't have a driver and they were waiting on door dash. Then asked me if I could come pick it up. I asked will I get charged for delivery? With hesitation they said no. Then I asked if it was warm and how long it was sitting there for. They said it was warm. The next question was do you want me to cancel your order and money back. Which I replied yes. Hope this helps.

Guy on the phone was rude with no personality. Wings came with more sauce on the wrapper then the chicken and the pizza was burnt. I love toppers but the late night staff on a Friday night are no Bueno. The worst part is you gave to tip before or is delivered or it would not have been as good.

Meh. This place needs help. Pizza is somewhat OK. Most times it’s greasy though. they have a tendency to use the online app the wrong way. Telling me that the pizza is done when it isn’t. Workers with really long hair will wear a hat, but don’t tie the hair back or put it under the hat.

You guys have done this to me five times already and I have to stand there and wait. If it’s not done, don’t say it’s done. The restaurant is always freezing cold people aren’t paying attention to their job and their customers.
