I ordered toppers thru Uber, it was very obvious that the food was made wellllll before it got picked up. It was cold, stale, greasy, just disgusting

Ordered a pizza not during a peak hour time. Pizza wasn't delivered until hour after the maximum wait time. I'm 5 minutes away from the store. I called the store and was told they only have one driver, then asked for any compensation and was told no. Called again to speak to the manager on duty about this and asked for compensation and they said their manager would not approve that cause they have been losing to much money. Wonder why they are losing money. I was only offered to cancel my order. Toppers the company doesn't care cause all you can contact is the individual stores. The only person I don't blame here is the driver.
Placed an order for curbside triple pepperoni stix. Order was past the scheduled time and despite checking in twice no one brought my order out to me. I ended up having to go in to get it. When I finally got my order and got home I was very disappointed. The stix were over baked and it looks like the they made a mistake by making cheese stix and after the baked them they threw and handful of pepperoni in the middle of the stix. None of the pepperoni adhered to the stix and just fell off when we tried to eat the stix. For almost $20 for a triple stix you would think it would be of better quality.

We ordered pizza,wings,and sticks online. My husband went in to get the food, 2 employees were standing by a table talking to the guy at the counter. About 5 to 10 minutes go by when they realized he was standing there waiting for his pick up. Once they took his name to grab his order someone, must have been a manager, was asking the guy getting our food a question which then took up more time for my husband to stand around and wait for them to be done talking. When we got home our chicken pizza looker more like onion pizza, our wings were definitely the last of the crumbs from a bag. The only good thing was the sticks.
