Hard to rate the overall experience for 4 guests, but wanted to be honest since when one friend has a bad food experience: it affects us all. However all the staff & management should be congratulated for not only making us feel welcome throughout, they made it right for us all. Especially considering the crowd from prom night, etc. we were impressed with the extra time & consideration that was given to us. If it wasn't for one meal disappointment (filet & veggie were cold but potatoes were hot),the rest of us agreed the food was very good especially the smoked appetizer assortment & the flat breads! The desserts were enjoyable in that they weren't sweet but flavorful. Wish the Sangiovese was available that was advertised. Might want to educate the servers on wines & how to pour the 1st glass. Takes time: we know. Overall we had a great night out for my b day!

The igloo experience was excellent! Everything was as advertised and my friends and I had a great time. The Bluetooth speaker is the ultimate cherry on top. I feel bad for forgetting her name, but our server was amazing and she went above and beyond. She was super sweet and easy to work with! 10/5 stars!

We never have a bad meal there. we've tried most things on the menu and it's all been fantastic. my only complaint is there are chairs that our wives sat in by the booths that are very uncomfortable and they were very sore after. had they told us during the meal we would have swapped but just saying

We came here for Valentine's 2023 and I just realized to my horror that I never left a review of the experience. I'll do my best to remember the details and leave one now. The atmosphere was incredible. Beautifully decorated, great lighting and very clean. Service was excellent. I had a small issue with my main and the manager immediately came over to the table and ordered me a whole new one on the house which I thought was going well above and beyond what I expected of them. The food was exceptional. Drinks were great and desert was very good. I had the salmon and it was so fresh and good. For such a busy night there was plenty of parking too. Overall it was a great experience. I want to go back and experience the outdoor dining in the future. Definitely recommend this place. You won't be disappointed.
We were here for an igloo experience for a friend’s birthday. Everything was so lovely! Roberts service was top notch, especially with explaining dishes/items on the menu. We got the smoke plate, cheese curds and a charcuterie board. There were so many things to choose from on them and it was all great. We did not have to wait long for our entrees, even if we did it wouldnt be a big deal because WOW! The tomahawk pork chop had excellent flavor and it literally melted in your mouth. Ive never had pork that tender. The ribeye was large and cooked to a perfect medium, all marbled and flavorful - no gristle. The sides were tasty and the cocktails were top notch. The desserts were delightful. We live far away, but Ill be looking forward to going back.

The entire experience was fantastic. I ordered the Lamb Bolognese and it was great. The only thing that kept it from being perfect was that the noodles were a touch above Al Dente and I had hoped there was a touch more lamb but it was perfect for the dish. The flavor was explosive. Personally I wanted a bit more pepper but that is just myself. It was perfect otherwise. The person I was accompanied with ordered the local burger and we shared per usual as we explore restaurants and the burger exploded with flavor. Best burger in town 1000% and the fries are to die for. Over all the only issue I had with the experience was the chair. I'm a fairly hefty fella and had a small issue sitting it it comfortably. Our server was rylie. She was absolutely wonderful. Happy to be there. Probably the best service you can find in the area. The staff is dressed well. Very uniform. It's near worth every penny you spend.
