Waiting almost an hr for our food. And waitress didn't even check on us during the whole time we had to approach her.pizza was not good and under cook and dohey in the middle.

Over an hour waiting to get food.

I recently had a rather disappointing experience due to a server who seemed disengaged and inattentive. While the food was as exceptional as always the service left much to be desired.

However, what truly impressed me was how the owner handled the situation. Upon learning about the issue, they reached out personally to apologize and to make things right. They offered a heartfelt apology and invited us back for a complimentary meal and games , ensuring that our next visit was amazing.

It’s clear that they not only care about the quality of their food but also about providing an exceptional dining experience. I highly recommend giving this place a visit—rest assured, the owner’s dedication to making things right will ensure you leave with a positive impression.

Amusement center with games is a blast with kids. Food is good as well.

Good food at decent prices, great place for families, Lazer tag wasn't unreasonable for the time we played for. Great family outing while we were in the area!
Out back they have a free, very cool playground and soft serve ice cream shop! I got the 1pounder cone for $5! EAT FAST! ? They also have tons of other ice cream options!

We arrived about 4:30 on a Thursday, were placed promptly at a table with menus and silverware. We left at 4:55 after we received no further service. We were able to observe all the families arriving after us being seated and immediately greeted by waitstaff who were quick and friendly and placed their orders. We were seated in between the other tables, and there was a low volume of restaurant guests at the time we were there. All of these waitstaff walked right past our table to greet the other guests and did not greet nor seem to notice we were there. Out of courtesy, we informed the hosts that we had not received any service and they didn't attempt to offer an apology or ammend the service breach. Looked like a fun place, but our experience was spoiled by a process breach.

The food and service was not bad. The cost of the games are a little pricey. And they don't really have any games that toddlers can play ?

My kids love the arcade. Always a good time. Lunch today was very disappointing. It took a very long time to even have a server greet us. Nearly 20 mins before a drink was delivered. Another 40 before food came out. All food and drinks were ordered at the same time. Our cheese curds came out a minute before the entrees. Most of the food was lukewarm. My food was literally cold. The refire was warm at best. I ordered wings. The server checked on us once after food was delivered and by this point I was just ready to go. Will only be visiting the arcade going forward.

Arcade is awesome! Fun for kids and adults as well! Food is good too!

It’s pretty safe bet to order a burger, right? Well tonight we were proven wrong when my boyfriend noticed halfway through his burger that It was completely raw. Without the taste being covered up by eggs bacon and other toppings, he would’ve noticed right away. We did bring it to our waitresses attention and they took the entire burger off the bill. Just a fair warning to check your food before biting into here.

My wife and I went there for our first time and absolutely loved it, had such a great time that we felt like kids again! The hostess, waitstaff, bartenders, and arcade staff were all just wonderful. I had the fish and chips while she had the chicken tenders, both of which tasted great. The dining room had a nice view of the sunset which was an added bonus. The arcade was just so much fun too. We'll definitely be coming back.

Terrible experience . Very bad communication from staff. Seemed like no one wanted to be there. Waited almost an hour for our appetizers to arrive. Then another 45 minutes after that for our meals. I could understand if it was a busy night with a lot of people but not even half the seating was being used in the place. Feels overpriced for what you get. $6 for a fruit cup consisting of maybe 10 grapes and a couple pieces of pineapple and cantaloupe kinda ridiculous. Waitress seemed lost most of the night. We went with some friends and their family who drove for an hour to get up here. Very disappointed and will likely not return for a second time.
