This is the best breakfast in Wausau. I got the local which is a basic breakfast. I order it at every place just to see how good the basic is going to be. It’s amazing 10 out of 10 will come back. This is the first time I had breakfast here. It’s usually lunch or dinner type food which is also amazing.

Found my new favorite for breakfast! Was craving veggies with my eggs so I got the Herbivore skillet and it was absolutely delicious! It was seasoned perfectly and wasn't watery which can happen with spinach and tomatoes. I was only able to eat half as the portions were quite large. My husband had sausage with his meal and the sausage from Zillman's was amazing. I would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.

Not only is it extremely comfortable and peaceful. The vibe was on point, and the food was so satisfying. My boyfriend and I got cheese curds and they were fantastic, so flavorful and crispy. We both got burgers and fries- I cannot even describe how good they were. I have not been this pleased with a dining experience in a very long time, this was very refreshing and well worth my money. I’d come over and over again just to go to the bathroom, you’ll just have to see for yourself?
I love this place a lot. Food and drinks were really good and the staff were some of the best I've ever encountered. One of the cooks gave my gf and I a bunch of free decorations for the holidays. Will definitely be coming back here.

Been going here since they opened for Breakfast. The food that kept us coming back has changed in flavor. It's still ok but for the size of the inside you can get that taste any ware.

Very cute, well-decorated bar/restaurant with high wood ceilings, bar-side grill, cool light fixtures, and a decent menu. Had a great mushroom-swiss beef patty melt and my husband had a tasty steak sandwich with an adequate portion of very good onion rings for $2 extra. Their fries are shoestring potatoes so don't ask for them crispy. We had a small, unremarkable (but not sickly sweet) piece of blueberry pie.
We didn't see tables for more than 4 people, just tables & booths for 4 & the bar. There is a covered outdoor dining space in the back.
We had good service, even though no one was particularly friendly. It was a decent experience, and we would definitely try it again.

A co-worker told me about the westsider. I go there sometimes for breakfast. People feel very free to interact, the food is excellent and fairly priced. The service is very good; most of the wait staff are very attentive period
Parking: I have been able to get a parking spot right in front of the restaurant the couple of times that I have gone there.
