This place is definitely a hidden treasure! I am so thankful that my family and I stumbled upon it! Their products are awesome! Everything from their kielbasa, to their summer sausage, ham, bacon, salmon, jerky, and cranberry sticks…. We were in heaven!!! The gentleman who waited on us; Keith, was awesome. He had the patience of a saint; and was fantastic with answering our questions, and being super friendly and patient with my children. It was such an amazing experience! We will definitely make the trek up once a month. I am so happy that we found this place! And super reasonably priced too! 🥰

These guys processed my venison trim. They made me venison summer sausage with cheese and garlic, venison hot dogs, venison BBQ snack sticks, and venison bacon. I've had several other butchers process venison for me over the years, depending on where I was living. These guys are by far the best! Hands down, everything they made for us is delicious! Perfect amount of smoke! The hot dogs are moist, the snack sticks are not too dry or hard, easy to eat. Thanks Zillmans!

Asked for a Chuck Roast, when it came time to cook it, my friends who came over for supper said it was a Mock Tender which is part of the Chuck used for hamburger. To tough to eat as a roast. He tricked me to get rid of the meat. I was suspicious because it was he cut it of a round log of meat telling me it was the way they sell Chuck. My first and last time I go there.

I’m not from the area but I had some time to kill so I decided to check them out. I went in looking for steaks and chilly meat and I was not disappointed. The customer service blew me away. It was the best customer service I have received in years. The staff were so friendly and eager to help. The meat was amazing and they even vacuum sealed my steaks for me. The experience was so great that I felt I had to leave a review.
If you are in the area I highly recommend stopping there.
