We were a group of three and arrived on a Wednesday after they opened and we were seated immediately. I hadn't visited in many years and was looking forward to my meal. Our server was attentive and very nice. First off, they no longer serve a relish tray, rolls, crackers and cheese (plus herring if requested). They only give you rolls enough for one per person. We had Moose Inn cater our wedding on June 14, 2025, and they absolutely blew us away with both their service and their food.

We chose buffet-style catering, and everything had that warm, home-cooked feel that made the meal so comforting and delicious. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food! I still get raving reviews even after the wedding.

It's shocking how good they do seafood here at the Moose in central Wisconsin. Come for the friday fish fry, stay for the rest of the menu the rest of the nights. And don't forget to get an ice cream drink to end the night. With great beer and bourbon selections and excellent staff.
