Food is very fresh and tasty. I am new to Poke bowls but not to Sushi. I definitely understand the concept I just have nothing to rate or compare because I have not been to any other establishment that sells the same thing. Definitely will go back though.

It's a basic poke bowl shop. Mainly a takeout place. Very little seating area. The food is fine, the seasoned fished/chicken is tasty. The volcano bowl was good. It is pretty representative of a poke bowl place. Nothing amazing, but good. The fish was fresh and tasted good. I would eat there again, though. The staff was very good, polite, patient, knew the options and answered all questions well. Good quick run-in and out lunch place.
Vegetarian options: You can build your own, so skip the meat if you want.
Dietary restrictions: Clearly labeled ingredients, and staff can answer what is in it
Parking: Shared parking lot with other shops.
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly, only small amount of seating.
Wheelchair accessibility: No auto door, but you can get through door, and very small area with table.

I’ve eaten at the Buffalo St. store since it opened. My son & I wandered in accidentally. We went in for food, we stayed for the music & ambiance! They play old school Hip Hop! I ate my food while listening to Nas & Biggie! Brothers, Brian & Tom were so kind & engaging! They were a new business, so they made sure we enjoyed our visit. We’ve been eating there ever since. Go for the food, stay for the music!

We enjoy your food and a few of your workers are nice but there is a short African guy who we occasionally run into who is rude. Not sure what his name is. I am also not sure if he doesn't fully understands English or the custom of say hello when greeting customers but he seems like he is just rude. We have also asked for to go napkins and bag and he seems like he forgets unless reminded. It would be nice coming back to better customer service.
Food is great, kinda high price for the portion you get (A small for $9). The taste is great and the service is fast ?

I had the best experience today during lunch. I didn't catch the gentleman's name, but his customer service skills were top notch. I've never been here before, but have had poke in the past. Either way, he was very polite and explained the menu to me and helped me get an awesome poke bowl. Thank you for the positive attitude, it definitely brightened my day! Keep it up!
