0 stars if I could give them. I had to cancel my paint and sip class because there was literally a tornado warning and dangerous weather conditions in the area. Instead of showing any understanding or concern for customer safety, they refused to offer any refund, credit, or accommodation whatsoever.

It’s incredibly disappointing that a business would prioritize keeping someone’s money over basic common sense and safety during severe weather. Emergencies happen, and the complete lack of empathy or flexibility speaks volumes about how they treat customers. I definitely won’t be returning and would not recommend booking here unless you’re willing to lose your money in the event of an emergency.

Core memory unlocked! We celebrated our daughter's 17th birthday at Arté and she was in her element. Great space for a large group event. We had a range of people from experienced artists to guests that have never touched a paintbrush and we all had a great time! Another plus, it was a last minute idea and they accomdated us in a snap. Kisses Arté 😘😘😘

Always have the greatest time when I come. Love the atmosphere, servers are awesome and on point, and the people who come to paint are great too. Great place to enjoy art.

Also we went in on a Friday & didn’t think to read what time it opened (totally on us!!). However, they were so accommodating & still allowed us to paint when we said we could leave & come back.

Met up with a friend who I don't see often -- we had SUCH a good time! Picked our canvas, had bloody Mary's, and before we knew it - 2 hours had passed. Lovely way to spend a weekend 🎨🥂

We went there for open art. I chose a design from the wall, so I received written step-by-step instructions. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I'm not the best painter, but I like how mine turned out. I also got a peach old-fashioned and it was very good (and strong).

It's a great family place to relax, paint & possibly have a Cocktail !!!

I had a great time, my daughter and I were the only people in at the time. Staff was nice,
18% gratuity was a bit weird to me and was my only complaint. Forced tips always seem wrong to me especially since I just got a water.

Besides a gratuity I have 0 complaints and had a great time.

This was a fun experience even without an art background. The instructor was very helpful and informative.

Well, to start we were told to feel free to grab a drink at the bar since our class wasn’t starting for about 20 minutes. The bartender instructed us to order drinks by where the class was being held. Ordered the drinks from a waitress. Mind you, we were the first couple to arrive. Unfortunately, we never received our drinks. Then around 30 minutes past, the class had started and the server asked if we wanted anything to drink. We communicated that we had already placed an order. Welp, we again, did not receive any drinks. So there was no “Sip” to the “Wine&Sip.” Now, onto the painting portion. We decided to do a couples painting or a collaboration painting. The instructor did not display or conduct a painting of the couples painting, only a singles painting. Which I understand, but not once did the instructor come around to direct or coach us through. Not one couples painting even remotely resembled the display painting. It would also help if we had ample paint. Terrible experience and feels like I paid close to $100 for $5 worth of effort!
