I love a happy meal or the kids meal. Lol Burger King had sponge Bob square pants kids meal. They had more food selection and the theme was more accurate than McDonald's grinch meal. I like everything; the SpongeBob patty is a whopper in disguise. Nice strawberry cream pie was the highlight 😋 and the drink taste like bikini bottom. Lol

This is the worst service we have had here. Half my order was missing. Placed a online order thinking they would have it right. They did not have it right. Food was cold. The lady asked if they forgot something when I had to go in and I was like yea half my order. She was not pleasant person. Where do you hire these people who obviously do not want to work. Waited a hour in line for my online order to not be ready either. Will NEVER patronize this location. I wasted 75.00 on garbage food

Went through the drive through half way through ordering told me to Waite sounded like she was eating . Then asked me if I wanted medium or large without telling me it would be a up charge untill I asked . ?? Why would u ask me that when I know it's one size for the meal . Then tell me to Waite again only had 1 car ahead of me . Very rude horrible management skills or whoever it was no wonder y'all only got 2 stars pathetic will never trust this place with food

Drive-thru staff has always been great to me during the day (I usually order around lunch time or early dinner time) and the food has usually been spot on regardless of the wait time (unfortunately it can be long at times but it doesn't bother me at all, I just turn my car off and browse on my phone while I wait). The only issue I've had is that at night (around 7pm and later) they seem to run out of everything. I've tried ordering on the app only to be told by the app that they're out of everything I've ordered and that they aren't taking mobile orders at the time. Regardless I like this location because it's close to home and the staff have always been good to me.

I have tried this Burger King a few times (I live about 4 minutes from it) and has completely given up on it for 2 years bc EVERY TIME have gone I’m DISAPPOINTED and feel like I have wasted my money. The food is always lousy and the customer service sucks! I keep going back thinking one day they will FINALLY get it right (I mean how hard it is to make a decent BK burger) and they NEVER get it right. I love BK and I have never had a burger that was terrible until visiting this BK. My recent drive thru visit started with the worker who may have been the mngr cussing out an employee. I was given my food after the confrontation was over. The cheese seemed to be just placed on my cold raw looking whopper (I guess they have given up on the char broiling part that BK is known for) bc it looked like it had been microwaved for 2 minutes and placed on a bun with a cold piece of cheese and the onion rings were cold. Although, my puppy enjoyed a few pieces of the meat…However, I did microwave the meat about 4 mins before giving him some of the burger and the picture was taken after I microwaved it for my pup and had to remove the remaining burger from the garbage to take the picture. Unfortunately the couple of bites I took was of a pinkish color meat until I noticed it tasted nothing like a char broiled burger that BK is supposedly famous for. I did call and ask the employee that answered the phone about why I was given a half cooked burger and did not seem to have been char broiled at all. He told me to bring it back. Then I remembered why I stopped going over 2 years ago. I was told the same to bring the burger back and when I drove back up there of course there was a problem with my money being refunded so I decided not to waste my time going up there just to get upset…let’s just say I have FINALLY learned my lesson and will from this day forward take advantage of the OTHER FAST FOOD in that strip mall and pretend like BK does NOT EXIST.
