It's hot today. Walked over to get an iced coffee on my lunch break. What I got was slightly coffee flavored milk with ice. Would not recommend and I won't be back. About a year ago, I met coworkers there for lunch and the food was just so-so. This coffee trip was giving it another chance. Fail.

Wauwatosa location: I ordered a loaded potato soup. It was cold. Server put it in microwave and I think it was in there too long. The soup was horrible when they gave it back to me. Check the temperature of the soup when serving customers before giving it to them. I didn't eat it. Note: Have employees cover their hair when preparing food. I saw a worker rubbing through his hair, not wash his hands on the front line. Not sanitary at all. I have visited both locations several...

Love this place . Just came off from work ,hungry , so I decided on breakfast for dinner . Had the pancakes combo, which includes eggs, bacon, and pancake side of potatoes. Drink was arnold palmer lemonade .
