Crafty Crab Wauwatosa

Food was mediocre. I regret getting the meal, I don’t feel like it was worth the extra. The crab is really skimpy - the quality you get at the grocery store for $9.99/lb. The shrimp were not deveined - which means the whole thing was cooked in it. Do you know what they remove with deveining? The digestive track with everything still in it. I asked and they said they got them deveined - but they all still had the “vein”. House wines are $8/glass and terrible. Not a big fan, won’t be returning.

Will never come back to this place. There was no butter in this bag. I ordered all 3 flavors and got none. All this taste like is salt. I had to make my own butter to put in the bag. I paid 60 bucks for this bs. I want my money back! Just go to low cojntr

Seafood boil tasted fresh and was decently priced. Waitress and hotess were absolutely amazing!

We sat at the bar to wait the 15 minutes for our table. After 10 minutes we had to ask if we can order a drink, there isn’t a bartender on a Saturday night? The staff was very polite and attentive after we were seated at our table. The clam chowder was delicious and the Crab boil was amazing! We will definitely be back.

I recently visited Crafty Crab in Wauwatosa and left feeling pretty underwhelmed. While the atmosphere was definitely a highlight — laid-back vibe, fun nautical theme, and clean interior — the food didn’t live up to the experience.

The portion sizes felt small for the price, especially considering how expensive the seafood boils were. For what you pay, you’d expect a bit more food and a lot more flavor. Unfortunately, the seasoning was bland, and the sauces lacked the kick and depth you usually hope for at a place like this.

If you're going just to hang out or want a casual spot with a nice ambiance, it's an ok pick. But if you're going for the food, especially seafood lovers expecting bold Cajun flavor and hearty portions, you will be dissapointed with around 60 dollars less in your account.

They dont close at 9 they close at 8. Didn't get to eat. Bobody wanted to provide manage/owner info. Never coming here! Waste of gas

Visit this place with a partner who likes crab, the place is clean and the waiters have very good service.

The atmosphere is welcoming. A great facility for parking.

Seafood was salty for my taste, too much salt and salt, they should consider this part to make a balance, and also have the option of excluding certain things that come in the package.

Control the salt and seasoning load, there are people who are not fans of spicy food, I chose something that was not spicy and it was still spicy, because of the excessive seasoning, I could not enjoy my choice of dishes.

I ordered through Door Dash. Door Dash left my food on my doorstep even though I specifically requested them to ring my bell and hand it to me.
CRAFTY CRAB FOOD WAS AMAZINGLY FULL OF FLAVOR. EVERYTHING WAS JUST AS I IMAGINED IT BEING THIS WAS MY FIRST SEAFOOD BOIL. I CANT WAIT TO DINE IN. I HAD LOBSTER SHRIMP POTATOES EGGS AND SAUSAGE. 10 out of 10.

Today was my mom’s birthday and we thought we would try you guys for the first time. The food was hot but not good at all. The butter garlic shrimp and noodles was very bland. My mom had to send it back and ordered the clam chowder soup. It wasn’t any better. The fried catfish basket wasn’t good at all. The fish tasted like it was fried in old oil. Customer service was really good, but the food wasn’t. Sorry, but I would not give this place a second try.

The atmosphere was cleaning quiet, ordered our beverages and they have water already prepared at the bar full cup of water with ice just waiting. The service was good. The server was attentive and a pleasure. As far as the sea seafood boil goes the sauce that the seafood sat in was salty very salty. The shrimps were a little overcooked, but overall it was decent.

Food was not good at all, the corn was soggy and old. The muscles were tough period shrimp was okay, lobster was tough and no taste. Never going again
