Crafty Crab Wauwatosa

Very very dirty.. literally food on window and blinds..chunks

We enjoy the Crafty Crab for seafood boils. They have other entries and ala carte items that are also good.We have been going there for seven years. The service is excellent and the wait staff friendly and personable. The downside is that some menu items are pricey.

They don't miss and served faster than McDonald's

The food is DELICIOUS!! Very well prepared! Breaded Shrimp, fries and hush puppies along with a Crab Boil for my granddaughter. Marvelous place for casual a meal. It's becoming our favorite place for a wonderful seafood dinner! :)kat

This is such an underrated place. Parking is hidden but the food was pretty good and for a good price too

5/17/26 I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. As soon as I walked in to pick up my order, there was a strong odor that smelled like rotten food, and there were flies inside the restaurant, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness and food safety.

On top of that, the man who answered the phone when I placed my pickup order was extremely rude and later claimed to be the manager. After arriving and deciding I no longer felt comfortable eating food from the restaurant because of the smell and unsanitary conditions, I requested a refund. Instead of handling the situation professionally, they were unwilling to refund my order and were dismissive of my concerns.

Customer service and cleanliness are both extremely important, and unfortunately this experience failed in both areas. If I could I would give it NO STARS! I’m also calling the city of Milwaukee health department and inspection!

Great feast for my mom’s birthday. We got the large seafood platter with classic Cajun spice, mild spice. Food was flavor packed. Service was great — they offered to replace the clams which weren’t open. Terrific value for the price. Seafood was fresh. Crab and crayfish were great. Shrimp was hands down my favorite. The platter comes with potatoes and corn, but would suggest ordering some additional potatoes to go with the flavorful sauce.

If a customer calls your phone asking you for details about your menu and you direct them to a website not knowing if they have the Internet or not it’s very inconsiderate! any other time I’ve been there the service was great
