Got my fingers burned because they dumped hot Fries from a 360° fryer on top of the burger in the same bag. Paid $25 dollars to get burned and be told "that's how corporate wants it done."

This place is really popular and is always busy. The burgers are always a pleasant experience because there are multiple combinations to choose from for your taste buds. I recommend 5 Guys to everyone who wants the best burger in the city!

This place dipped in quality for a while but I was impressed this time around. The price is still more than we can afford frequently but this trip felt worth it.Vegetarian options: Neither the veggie sandwich (toppings on a bun) nor grilled cheese are really worth the price but they're tasty enough.Kid-friendliness: Good environment for kids. The peanuts are fun.Dietary restrictions: I'm lactose intolerant and allergic to pork and have never had an issue. I don't think a lot of effort is put in to avoid cross-contamination though.

Found a piece of a plastic bag in my burger! So gross. This was done maliciously by one of the three workers. The employees were snickering at us because one of us is Trans! Felt very uncomfortable and should have listened to our instincts and not have even ordered because we felt unwelcome from the start. I will say the the shift supervisor was apologetic and gave us our money back, she was the only good employee!

Put a piece of plastic in my partners burger after making snickering comments towards me.I'm transgender and it's pretty Frick obvious. I watched them the whole time while they mumbled and snickered about what they were doing.We have videos and pictures.Oh yeah!!!We called the police department.
