Outside of Sayin and Daniel, the service is terrible. No greeting, no service with a smile just cold and callous. What bartender/server at a place of business argues with you because because of complaint about being served cold food???? No resolution was offered. Management backs up this behavior.
Caveat: They charge a 3% restaurant fee! The food is overpriced as it is. I only went there because it is conveniently located near where I live.
You're better off going to Whole Foods hot bar, deli, or pizza bar and eating at their bar called Tosa Tavern. The drinks reasonably priced and the bartenders there are top notch and extremely friendly.

This was probably the most overpriced restaurant I have been to recently. That would be ok if the food was good, but the food wasn't good (we ordered burgers and wraps) and the portions were not adequate (hardly any chicken in a chicken wrap and a tiny patty in the burger). I should have known, this seems to happen to all MKE restaurants that initially have success and decide to expand. I remember the original location being excellent years ago but I haven't been there recently. Even Density Beer has taken a step back.

sometimes the people that work there are nice but other times they’re pretty rude so it’s just if you get lucky who’s working. there are a few guys we have seen who are very kind and accommodating and others who are weirdly trying to argue and if there is an issue, they can’t find a solution, they seem to take it personally. on top of that, the food is mid and the drink selection leaves my fiancé and I and anyone’s being wanting more.

Food was below average for the price. This place used to be great, haven't been here in over a year, after tonight I think it will be the last visit. There are to many better options in the area.

Really neat place and atmosphere, but lacking a little in other areas. We went for brunch and while it did seem understaffed, it also was not busy at all. Thus, there really was no reason for the slow service. The food for the most part was good. My kid was upset because they were out of chicken tenders. And all of the bacon our group had (in sandwiches, wraps, and sides) needed to be cooked longer. Would give them a second chance and try again.
Kid-friendliness: Had a good kids menu but were out of chicken tenders

Would have been nice if someone would have greeted me. On top of that, super slow service for what seems to be overpriced bar food. I finally go the attention of a bartender for a beer, placed an order for that and a sandwich. Overheard him telling the people next to me it would be 35-40 min. Asked him about this, he confirmed. Everyone in here is moving in slow motion.

Yikes, we should have walked to another restaurant when we noticed the first red flag on the patio…. Plant fertilizer left out on the patio, lots of dried up food that never got cleaned up, aka the patio needs a good pressure wash and does not provide a welcoming entrance.
Second red flag, the place was dead as a doornail.
Service was not good, food took way too long with the amount of people that were there and was very over priced for the quality.
Lots of dirty tables….see other review pictures of the great atmosphere you will be surrounded by…
And a 3% restaurant fee for the cherry on top.
I’m worried for you guys… it looks like a lot of capital went into making this a beautiful place… however, a place with great beer and a premium location should be slammed on a weekend and this just was not. Act soon to try to regain customers. A new affordable menu with food selections that can come out quickly and make cleanliness a top priority.

It's a nice concept. Except there are no employees anywhere so. I guess sit and stare at the beers?

Good food and excellent service. But, the owners ADD A 3% RESTAURANT FEE to screw over the customers. No mention of the fee on the menu only a small sign behind the bar you can’t read because the font is too small to see. An employee has to put their face down to be able to read it once another employee pointed it out. This is not for credit card processing. Just FEE to put money in the owners pocket. Raise your prices if you need to. Don’t hide the fees. WILL NOT BE BACK UNTIL THE FEE IS REMOVED.

They have added a 3% "restaurant fee" to every purchase including if you buy beer out of the cooler and never set foot near the kitchen. When I asked they said it was "because inflation". Gee and I thought the $5 popcorn appetizer might already be priced with inflation in mind.
Sorry GC. You build a beautiful venue no one can afford. It will be sad when you close in a few months.

Very nice when you walk in. Nice crowd. Bartenders are really nice and attentive. I got the big Oscar burger. With avocado, pico de gallo, bacon, jalapeño, Chipotle mayo and caramelized onions. It was different and good but meat needs more seasonings. But beautiful atmosphere 😍 👌 ❤️ beer was different for my liking. Lagers, ale, tangerine beer, etc. Try their curry seasoned fries, it's delicious 😋

4 of us got different meals, none were good. All of the food was dry and hardly any flavor. Especially for the prices of the food, would not eat here again. I might go for a beer, but definitely don’t recommend food.
Staff was nice at the counter, but there were no servers for seated dining at night.
