LOUP - Soup with a Local Twist

The food her is amazing! Today 11/1/25 @250pm we were not greeted upon entering and the young man at the register was very distracted! He was not paying attention to any of our questions and when we were ready to order he was playing on his phone under the register! Not acceptable at all! Our 1st experience was amazing but this time makes me question if I will return or not!

They had great service, I came in for an online order and was very satisfied with what I got. Both workers were very friendly and chatty. The food also tasted great! I got a egg salad sandwich which was delicious. 10/10 would go again

The food was okay but nothing special. I had the tomato dill soup and there was absolutely no dill flavor. The other 2 people in my group also thought food was just okay. The prices are very high for what you get. $15 is a lot for a fairly small grilled cheese sandwich that comes with a single carrot & celery stick.They also don't offer half sandwich & soup combo. It's a cute place.

Cute shop and normal service. Food is … well, the chicken wild rice soup wasn’t as flavorful as the pre-made soup from Costco and there’s like two slice of turkey in my sandwich. The soup and Sammy combo would be acceptable for $8 def not $15

Really like this place. Although on my 3rd visit I ordered the turkey and goat cheese sandwich. The turkey was extremely dried out, like it had been sitting out. I brought it back to the counter untouched. I was told it was because the sandwich is toasted, although my sandwich was cold when I received it 🤔

Always a great place to enjoy lunch or take home dinner!! The sandwiches and the most amazing soups!! Beer cheese is an absolute knock out!!!

I returned to this place after a few months only to be met with the same ill-mannered mid-aged male staff member. The young lady at the register misunderstood my request for an upgrade in the soup size. When I got the cup of soup with my sandwich I asked her if it was a mistake. She stated that I did not clarify, so I asked her how much would I owe for the upgrade. I walked towards the register with money in my hand and was immediately cut off by the boorish male staff member. As I tried to talk he said: “you’re food is getting cold.” When I requested that he let me finish speaking he rolled his eyes and threw both hands up in the air. He got me a second cup, free of charge, but he had already ruined my lunch with his rudeness. As I sat to eat my soup I remembered that he was the same person that would not answer my question whether the turkey was cold-cut when I was pregnant. I had my question answered by another young lady that understood me because she herself was pregnant. It is such a shame that this person gets to continue interjecting when he wasn’t a part of either conversations. It is as though he’s sitting there itching to be disrespectful towards a customer.

The soup is fine, but it’s nothing special. I have had many, many amazing soups, and none of the four I tried were among them, though they were reasonably good. The bread was excellent. Counter service only; bus your own tray. The art on the walls was nothing short of off-putting. You may love it, but it made me uncomfortable.
