Went there today this morning 10:30am with a friend and she got the chicken bowl. I got the 6pc chicken tenders with waffle fries and I tell you it was good and my friend said that it was good we both coming back to place. I'm going to try the one in south ridge mall and try there chicken wings combo. They was out of the wings at the Mayfair mall location but I'll be back soon good food for sure.

Ordered at 3:19 and got the 6 piece boneless wings at 3:31 and I was the only customer at the food court at the time. There appeared to be at least 4-5 employees. Perhaps they're all made fresh idk but a woman ordered 2 things afterwards and got her order within 3 minutes. They use a bell to notify front staff. Went to a table and no fork was included so I had to go back and wait. Breading is crunchy and thick. Not like I was expecting as I'm a big CF fan but it's Sunday so I always wanted to try this place anyway. Good was steaming hot and good but pretty expensive at $7 for 6 small pieces of chicken is a little steep but I know food costs are rising

worst mad chicken, should be called "sad chicken". between attitude filled slow & poor service mixed with extremely long wait time for a 10 pc nugget & fry meal that i literally had to wait 15 minutes for, i watched 4 orders after mine get made & picked up, i then inquired about my 10 piece i got more attitude. initially i went up pleasantly & patiently waited in line not expecting any challenges to place order, i could already tell this was not going to be a great experience but i figured maybe its just me. plus the counter guy doesnt know how to give change for a $20 bill, though thats on him because he couldn't either read or count out change but i got back more than i should have. either way. *profanity* this place.

I would give this restaurant 0 stars. This is not the mad chicken that I tried 2 years ago. The fries were soggy af and unseasoned. The boneless wings look like chicken nuggets that were drizzled with sauce. So mad and angry this is the worst food I have ever gotten.

Tastes really good. Good sauce selection. Fries are one of the best. Best thing is that they don’t serve pork there so it’s like halal. Best thing at the food court for sure.

ZOO WE MAMA is my review to this food, SO GOOD. I think they got a new chef in the kitchen or something because last summer when I ate here the mad sauce and the spice was not up to par, it is now. I gave a 4 star instead of 5 because that wait time can be a bit lengthy, you’re looking at 10-12 mins. However, the taste makes up for it. Now go get some chicken!!

Great food. I got a sandwich with fried and a drink. The Chicken was amazing, the mad sause is just perfect. The waffle fries were crispy on the outside and soft in the inside just how they should be. Place was clean and the food tastes fresh. Def coming back.

$8 for a grilled chicken sandwich but the bread was ten times bigger then the chicken so all u taste it bread I asked for a refund which I only took one bite of the sandwich n they told me no and send me away I eat with them often but that sandwich was not ok
