This is a decent McDonald's yes you have to wait a bit but where don't y9u have to wait now a days!? M orders always come out right. There is always the same amazing lady at the window taking orders like a boss. I don't have her name but she has really long pretty braids. You can tell she keeps things going there. Thank you beautiful you probably don't hear that nearly as much as you should.

The manager was on the phone cussing out another employee or manager about how she needed to leave at
Egg McMuffin sandwich was dry. Canadian bacon was thin and tasteless. Service was prompt but food mediocre. Good coffee.

I ordered my grandkids some happy meals (6), they gave them cold fries, which wasn't cool. We had to rewarm the food, but the kids still ate. The service was slow, and the cs rep was not kind at all.

I'm a Vietnam veteran and went to this McDonald's on Veteran's Day as it is near my house. I said I was there for my free combo as I saw the offer on Google and I had my ID with me.They asked the manager and he said they weren't participating. I then went to the McDonald's on Mayfair Rd and Burleigh. I was given a combo no questions asked. I will never go back to that McDonald's
Seems like no one working, the young girl doing drive through didn't seem to know what she was doing. We ordered 3 meals, and we were missing fries, and she kept saying "umm she didn't charge you for the fries," and we had to repeatedly say, " WE ORDERED MEALS.....MEALS" they come with it. After waiting a long time, she finally got our fries... I feel bad for her as she seems new or doesn't know anything. The older ladies working with her seem to not care about this young girl as they wouldn't even help her.

To ask for fresh fries because we seen them cooking but didn't get fresh fries is unprofessional to ask for extra mayo to get it sloppy all over the paper and everything almost felt like no bun was even in the wrapper it's stupid if y'all stay open til 11 pm treat people and their food like it's lunch time don't work late shifts if you gotta make people food careless

We took our 9 grandkids school shopping at Kohl's Department Store then to this McDonald's. They had 2 employees call in, so they apologized for the delay. I ordered over $100 in food and icecream for the kiddos and there were no complaints. We had 9 Happy Meals, 2 Crispy Chicken meals, 2 Double Quarter Pounder meals, Fish Sandwiches, Strawberry and Vanilla milk shakes, 9 Mc Flurries, Chocolate chip cookies and other food items. Every thing was good to the kids so it was good with me.Kid-friendliness: Good toys in the happy meals
