Just this week my orders were missing food. Luckily, I checked in the parking lot before leaving. Wasted time waiting again in line for my good that should of been in the bag.

One thing you can rely on at this restaurant is they will undoubtedly mess your order up or forget items. The items you do get are likely cold or don’t seem fresh whatsoever. Do yourself a favor and drive to a different location.

I'm not kidding when I say this. I've been to many McDonalds locations nationwide and this is by far the worst one. Unbelievably long wait time (it wasn't even busy) and had an extra wait on my coffee. I ordered two L with cream, sugar, vanilla syrup, espresso. I don't think that's over the top complicated. But getting two black coffees (they're lucky I like black coffee too) when I paid for extra is ridiculous. That, and my double bacon quarter pounder was missing the bacon, and was pretty much plain. The employees all shuffle around like they're clueless and don't want to be there. Whatever these people are getting paid, it's too much. Getting more than minimum wage for less than minimum skills. Go literally anywhere else

Went inside to order. 1 kiosk was not working. Ordered 2 happy meals (1 cheeseburger & 1 chicken nuggets) and some ice cream. They didnt seem too busy but ended up waiting for over 10 min. I had ordered ice cream cones but when they handed me my order she said they don't have ice cream. Instead of offering a refund they gave us cookies. The food inside the happy meals were terrible. Chicken nuggets were hard and the cheeseburger didnt look done and was cold. Go to Culvers across the street. Don't waste your money here

I would seriously avoid this McDonald's. The shift manager (purple dyed hair, works during the day) has a ridiculous attitude. I had a receipt for a mobile order that she flat out refused to honor and gave me a snarky unprofessional attitude and seemed annoyed that it was the app's fault the order glitched. I waited for over 1 hour for the issue to be resolves, just for her to give me a bad attitude over something that is not my fault. I had reached out toe store and the owner, who clearly doesn't care as they have failed to respond. If I could rate 0 stars I would, because this specific franchise location is not deserving of even 1 star. Hard to rate the food when you don't get served for an hour and have to leave.

Went through the drive-through the manager was taking our order. She was very rude. Try to rush. Our order kept saying she got it. She got it kept telling me what’s next. What’s next? What else? Just very rude. Got up to the window. The employee apologized and then when I got my food, asked where the game pieces were for monopoly she said we’re not putting them on the items They’re just on slips inside. The bag got home looked at my bag. There was no monopoly pieces and chocolate milk was not with kids meal I called spoke with her. She was very rude on the phone said that they’re not giving gain pieces on items only on certain items Ask her about the milk just told me to come back in and they will just give me one hung up the phone on me. Will not be back at this location horrible service.

Was waiting on store to order for at least 10 minutes. There was a line of about 6 waiting to order and pay cash. I asked 3 people to help and they just looked and walked away. What looked to be the manager should have taken a hot minute to assist. Instead she said use the kiosk we are busy. Not acceptable. One girl was just roaming around. She would look at the line, smirk, and just walk to the back. Customer service was a zero. Had to leave and go down the road to another location and ordered and received order in less than a minute.
