I’m convinced nobody actually works here. Every time I try to come here for breakfast, I’m the only car in the drive thru, waiting for at least 10 mins before ultimately leaving. Burger King it is.

I'm in the Drive-Thru line right now at 9:36 a.m. and I have been here since 9:21 a.m. absolutely the worst McDonald's in Wisconsin my order is never correct and they have never had orange juice they still don't have any orange juice however, the workers are very friendly

Worst experience ever. Every time I give this location another chance, they FAIL. Don't waste your time or money here. Go down the road to any other location. On 12/27/24 I ordered two sausage McMuffins. The McMuffins were not toasted at all so they tasted raw. The sausage patties were not cooked long enough. If its not the crappy food they try to pass off onto a paying customer, its the crappy service with attitude. NEVER AGAIN. GOOD BYE FOREVER to this one.

I'm done giving this location any more chances. Went through drive through last week (10/7/24, 12pm) and ordered a "big" mac...sandwich only had 1 meat patty and 1 slice of cheese with condiments; Nothing between the middle and top bun. Went through drive through this morning (10/16/24, 7am) and ordered an egg mcmuffin; no meat product in my sandwich. Beyond not being able to perform the simplest of tasks, the staff (not all) is generally very curt and always seem overwhelmed. This has been and continues to be a poor Mcdonald's location so apparently the franchise owners don't really care. I guess I'll head south a few blocks and try the location at 12324 W North Ave, Wauwatosa as I'm told that location is "better".

Literally got a Sprite had no ice and wasn't even filled to the top and got no straw.... we usually go to the one that's 10 minutes from our house due to this service
