Noodles and Company

This place is a gem, great place for summer. Big city, small town feel. Kenya is super amazing. I take my son all the time and get warm smiles and conversations.

Let me start off by saying how irritated I was because there is no parking on a Saturday over in Tosa. I did an online order per usual on a Saturday (I usually go to a different location). I could not find a place to park! I was so irritated! So I actually called in to cancel my order. The young lady that answered the phone was pretty nice and the manager was also nice and she sent someone (who was also nice) to actually run my food out . THEY DID NOT HAVE TO GO THE EXTRA MILE. And I hope they don’t get in trouble for that . All I can say is I really appreciated it because I had just walked 3 miles of hills and stairs and I was simply over it. Kudos to the staff… food was also good!

How is the entire order going to be wrong in the bag?
No side salad for the duo that I paid for.
Not one customization option was followed, not a single one. Light cilantro turned into no cilantro, no sesame seeds turned into extra, I'm genuinely surprised you got the protein considering they are represented in the same area of the receipt/ticket.
Genuinely pathetic, especially with such a premium location in such a cute area next to such high end restaurants.
I say fire the entire staff that was working tonight. The girl at the counter had zero interest in looking up from her phone. When I mentioned she forgot the drink, she had the audacity to roll her eyes.
I should have inspected the bag more thoroughly; line for line.
I will not return to this location.
I want my money back. I paid $30.

The management or shifts bully a young girl I see does her job well. Somebody needs to contact corporate with all the shenanigans that carry on there.

I went in last night while staying at children's hospital with my daughter. I got there 20 minutes before close, (which I hate doing to businesses) apologized and told them why.
I ordered the Cajun shrimp pasta. It was fresh and delicious. To my surprise, they put 2 cookies and a rice crispy treat in the bag! It had been a really rough week and they really brightened my day.
All of the employees were kind as can be and I appreciate the thoughtfulness/kindness they showed me. Thankful for them for making me smile : )

Great customer service, fast and friendly! Clean store ive seen so far starting the noodles journey going place to place . Especially the employee with the pony tail he is such a great person always nice and helpful!

I ordered Mac n cheese with PLAIN pulled pork. I was given Mac n cheese with bbq pulled pork, onion straws, and scallions. Read the order. Why is this so difficult?

I like it here, but it's gradually getting more and more expensive, in my opinion

I will definitely never come to this location ever again. Waited 30 minutes for the MOST INCOMPETENT employees to fill endless door dash orders before filling any dine in customers orders. Dont waste your time go somewhere else!!

We ordered the Crispy Bacon Alfredo Parm, and not only was there literally no bacon, when I pointed that out, the employee told me it was mixed in. I moved the food around to show it was not and asked to be given some to add. What they gave me was chewy, not crispy. I also asked why there was no Alfredo sauce (the noodles were dry, you can tell in the pic there is no white/sauce on them for Alfredo pasta). He said there is, that's how they make it. Will not be returning; either he was lying or they don't know what Alfredo sauce is. 😝

I ordered the Wisconsin Mac and cheese and it was terrible the noodles were hard and did not taste the same WAY TOO MUCH cheese almost unbearable to eat and the drink machine only had sparking water and zero sugar Fanta not a very good experience
