I will definitely never come to this location ever again. Waited 30 minutes for the MOST INCOMPETENT employees to fill endless door dash orders before filling any dine in customers orders. Dont waste your time go somewhere else!!

We ordered the Crispy Bacon Alfredo Parm, and not only was there literally no bacon, when I pointed that out, the employee told me it was mixed in. I moved the food around to show it was not and asked to be given some to add. What they gave me was chewy, not crispy. I also asked why there was no Alfredo sauce (the noodles were dry, you can tell in the pic there is no white/sauce on them for Alfredo pasta). He said there is, that's how they make it. Will not be returning; either he was lying or they don't know what Alfredo sauce is. 😝

I ordered the Wisconsin Mac and cheese and it was terrible the noodles were hard and did not taste the same WAY TOO MUCH cheese almost unbearable to eat and the drink machine only had sparking water and zero sugar Fanta not a very good experience

I ordered two desserts along with my noodles. I did not receive these desserts and so I called the store. I was placed on hold “shortly” for 30 minutes. I called the store again for them to pickup and not say anything. I’m saying “ hello” while I can hear them working but no reply. I literally just want my money back for the food I did not receive. This is ridiculous and I have never been so disappointed in a business.

Ordered the new chicken alfredo to give it a try and it tasted like the inside of dirty, bowling alley pizza oven. Absolutely disgusting and Inedible.

The rice crispy treats used to be quite large. But now you pay $3 for this tiny thing. What happened with that?

Portions have gotten smaller over time but the prices go up. Pad thai noodles were cut short so could not get it to wrap the fork.

The manager, Librado, was awesome in helping me resolve my issue! I accidentally ordered my meal to be ready for pick up at a different location but he was able to get it ready for me at the location I showed up! Save me another trip! Thanks!
