Ordered lunch for a work meeting and the doordasher stated the order was delivered, but it never was. I called the store and spoke with the manager Barb who apologized for the mishap, remade the order, and had it sent out for delivery by a team member Rob so it would get here on time for the meeting. Excellent customer service!
This place is new. It was a pleasure getting to go inside for the first time. This is right by where I work so it's going to be trouble. And they have a drive thru too?!?! I'm be there real soon.

Everything about this one is fantastic,fresh and friendly staff !!! Bill-GM and his staff have wonderful customer service best location in the city ! I've never experienced such fresh food from panera like I have at this location ?.. yes they all have fresh food but for some reason this location has been extremely fresh and delicious, I'm a creature of habit so I get my coffee breakfast sandwich,blueberry muffin and if I'm in for lunch...
