My husband and I stopped in at this location on 8/5/25, about 2:30 pm to order a pizza. I just wanted to compliment the employees that were there that afternoon. There were several people waiting for their pizzas, but the several young men working behind the counter were so efficient, it took only about 5 minutes to get our pizza. All of them were working really hard, no goofing around, talking or ignoring the customers, as one would so offen find at a fast food chain. I just wanted to commend those young men on their commendable work ethic! We'll likely be visiting this location again!

The diligence of the employees to get the orders out, deserves to be applauded. The lobby was full, and yet they were diligent and smiling and with kind of words to each customer they Served.

While we appreciate the freshness and taste of the ingredients, the last couple of times the thin crust has been tough and chewy. As someone who has made a lot of pizzas, I know that the dough can be a challenge to make, and if handled too much, it will get tough!

ordered three pizzas for pick up, one of which, due to allergies needed to be dairy free cheese. Got there and they gave me two of the three and asked if I wanted regular cheese on the other since they didn't have dairy free cheese. My bad actually, I should have known better since THIS IS THE THIRD TIME ITS HAPPENED AT THIS LOCATION. and, since ordered online and already paid for it would be good to get a REFUND but since there was no manager "on site" I'll have to wait and trust my money gets back to me....again.
no longer will I be ordering anything from papa Murphys. terrible and unacceptable.
Whoever the employee was on 9/30, promote him. He was at the store all by himself and had to handle online orders from a bogo promotion as well as walk in customers. He NEVER gave up and kept busting his butt.
