Pizza Hut

Female employee working there decided to store my name as something totally different which led to a lot of confusion when I tried to return my uncooked pizza. Ordered a pan pizza delivered, when it got here it was uncooked. Cheese wasn’t melted and doughy. I’m certain it was intended to be that way. Manager wouldn’t send another pizza, so I had to drive over there and exchange with the promise I would get a credit for the delivery fee. I did not receive it. Girl who took my order gave me an attitude when I returned the pizza giggling and smiling at me over this. WORST exp I’ve ever had at a Pizza Hut. Contacting corporate over this. Two thumbs down ????

I ordered food at 10 pm driver here to find the place closed at 10:30 even though the order was accepted online. Thanks for the waste of time I hope the owner reads this and you all where supposed to be at work

My order was undercooked and wrong. The wings had no sauce. The toppings gs on my pizza were wrong. I would rate less if I could. I kept calling back to try and get my order fixed and the store kept hanging up on me, never took my call

DON’T Order from this location! Ordered, paid, and received notice that the order was ready. Arrived to find the location locked. Never received my food, any Contact, or a day later, a refund. Attempting to contact someone for a refund was incredibly frustrating.

Ordered from here a couple of times and today was the last time I will be getting food from here my order was never delivered and they won’t answer the phone they stole my money and I have tried to talk to corporate but they have just told me a bunch of crap

I ordered my food at 8:03pm it was then 9:43pm and the call said my food had been delivered. I got a text from DoorDash saying it would be delivered at 10:17pm so I waited for it to get delivered just for it to get cancelled. I have been calling for about 2 hours because why have someone wait 2 hours for food just for you to cancel and why can't anyone answer the phone. Never ordering from Pizza Hut.

Accidentally made an online order carryout rather than delivery. Tried to call the store several times to see if anything could be done. Was left on hold indefinitely, hung up on, and got a busy signal multiple times. Tried to contact corporate using their website, but the form wouldn't submit even after I tried to fix and change it multiple times. Just stay away from this entire franchise if you value your money and sanity. I still need a refund, but they have their money, so I doubt anyone cares. ?????

I placed a $181 order for my son’s birthday party. That was 8 pizzas and 48 wings. I should have checked the food at the store, but I messed up and didn’t. I got home, 5 minutes away, to burnt wings and undercooked pizzas.

I then called the store and spoke to a female. She told me she was the same one who made the food and gave it to me. I was told I would be receiving a refund in 1-3 business days and then she hung up.

It’s been 4 days and no refund is processing. Avoid this location. They are terrible.

I just called the store to inquire about my refund and was “transferred” to the store manager. The phone rang for 3 minutes until it disconnected.

This particular Pizza Hut on 84th and Bluemound never seems to have the ingredients necessary to complete an order properly. The soda cooler is always empty. Better off choosing another restaurant such as the one on Greenfield Ave.

I have ordered for delivery from here many times, but for some reason the Cinnabon rolls I ordered today arrived burnt and without frosting. I used my rewards points to order them (along with a pizza) and I do not know of a way to get some kind of refund
