Pies were worth the wait.

I ordered a 2 piece with a biscuit and fry and my fries were cold to the touch. The biscuit cracks and is crunchy when you bite it. Customer service was careless

Got there 3 hours before close. Asked for tenders or boneless wings. First they said there would be a wait. Then they said they were completely out for the rest of the evening. They were also completely out of mac and cheese.

Horrible experience never coming back.waited 30 min to get half my order . No sense or urgency or customer service . Workers don’t have gloves so they can’t do their job. Never seen a restaurant this dysfunctional.

I wish there was an option to give zero stars because this place doesn’t deserve even one. Waiting over 40 minutes for a simple 12-piece meal is beyond ridiculous. Every single time I asked for an update, I got the same “2 more minutes, the chicken isn’t ready” excuse while they continued serving people who ordered after me.
The worst part was the attitude. The last time I asked, they responded with, “It’s gonna take 2 more mins. You want your food or not?” Absolutely pathetic customer service. Rude, unprofessional, disorganized, and completely disrespectful to customers’ time. If this is how they treat people, they shouldn’t even be in business.

My total came to $17.17 and they only gave me $2 in change. I know places are rounding totals because of the penny thing, but thats 83 cents im missing. Not cool!

This was the worst! Charge for coke-no coke-no salt or pepper- the person at the cash machine was scratching her belly and could care less about anything. Stay away!!
