Everything is really good. I personally don't think they drain all the grease from the ground beef because you can see the oil or grease the ground beef is sitting in.

Food is always pretty good at this location. Some of the employees clearly don't want to be there, you can tell by their attitudes. I was greeted, which is bare minimum, but one of the female employees went to the back and shouted " I don't wanna be here", loud enough to where the entire restaurant could hear. What looked to be the manager just stood there, watching the other employees. If that were my employee, they would have gotten talked to at minimum. This seems to be the consensus with a lot of the restaurants in this area, people just don't have the work ethic they used to. Shame, I hate to give this place such a low rating, but with the ambiance In there, I can't give it any higher.

WROST EXPERIENCE WITH QDOBA. This been 2nd go to location when I do not want to drive to 16th St. the service was horrible was not inviting or pleasant. I asked for the quesadilla for me and my wife and the worker was irritated. He seemed very irritated when I told him my meat of choice. He only put enough for one corner so I asked him to put some more or spread it out, so it would be enough to make a quesadilla. He did not express to me that this would be considered extra serving cause I asked for a few pieces more. When I got home the food was not enjoy able. I’ll never return to this location again

I had a terrible experience this time. Been here several times but the tacos were made badly with a lot of beans and minimum steak pieces and the quesadillas were messy and fell apart

Love the breakfast here, it's the only one around that does it! Definitely worth going to for big ass burrito!
The morning crew here is almost flawless. Night crew tho… They really need to step their game up. Every time I come in its dirty tables, dirty hot bar, no napkins, some cold and uninviting staff too. Night and day difference from the morning shift. It’s frustrating.
