TERRIBLE customer service from the general manager (Victor) to the workers. never ever felt disrespected as i did. I didn’t even want my food anymore and I wasted my whole lunch break smh… I also called to let victor know the problem and he came off very hostile. literally 0 stars

Edit: changing my review because I realized I was just hangry. I’m still not happy about such a long wait, but the staff out front were really sweet.

whoever made my bowl for delivery today deserves a raise. this is the best bowl that i’ve had in YEARS. everything was fresh, delectable, and just amazing. was worried since it was kinda close to them closing but my god truly amazing work tonight. keep this closing team going EVERY night actually! 1000/10

I chose to do an online order. I ordered a protein bowl with pretty much extra of all toppings! I got my bowl home and seen no queso, no sour cream! If I order extra, I should be able to see it before tasting it! I didn't see nor taste! Smh...next time I will come in and watch my order being made.

I was hoping to enjoy a burrito bowl for lunch… as I walk to the counter three employees have their backs turned to the food prep station, enjoying some nice phone time. An employee on lunch break calls out twice. After the employee turns around to see a customer she went right back to her phone. This is when I walked out… I’ll be spending my money elsewhere today.

Food was cold just like the other one in wauwatosa. Order was closed out after employee selected no card or whatever before I had a chance to scan my rewards card, they didn't even ask if I had a reward account.
