This is my favorite location. The food is consistently better than the other locations and I makes me keep coming back. Bonus points for this location having just the correct amount of slices of pizza available that they are not throwing many out but the ones that they are giving to customers are very hot right out of the oven.
Rico and his team are exceptional. Pizza? never disappoints, customer service is one of the best in the whole country. Toppings are top tier and some of the best in the world, especially the Italian sausage. Keep up the great work young man. You have a bright future ahead. Management, pay this young man to keep him happy!!! ????
Was greeted by a welcoming cashier. He was a bigger gentleman who also chatted with the person in front of me a bit about the upcoming football games. It was really nice to see, as much of the food service industry now lacks this friendly service. He also wasn’t holding up the line by any means, as it was a quick conversation while he was taking the order. Very happy with my experience. I actually drive well out of my way to go to this Rocky’s as I’ve very rarely had issues...
