Romero’s Taco Truck Wauwatosa

I don't understand the glowing reviews. The portions are small and flavors of the items I had were below average. I had 3 tacos at the little restaurant in El Rey earlier in the week which had twice as much volume as the 4 tacos I had here, they were the same price, and the flavors were some of the best I've had in the Milwaukee area.

I travel all the way from Texas for work, and finding great Mexican food up north can be tough, but this truck is the real deal! Every time I’m in Wisconsin, this is my absolute first stop. Their tacos and burritos are packed with authentic flavor, perfectly seasoned, and incredibly delicious. On top of the amazing food, the staff is always warm, welcoming, and very friendly. If you see this truck, do yourself a favor and pull over! Highly recommended!

An impulse stop when shopping nearby and what a great find! I got the California burrito and it was delicious! It was enough for 2 meals and warmed up nicely the next day. Service was fast and friendly. Parking is close and free. I’ll be back. 🙂

AMAZING! I love this taco truck and their food was so delicious! The meat wasn't dry at all and the food had flavor :) I highly recommend coming here :) It has become one of my go to trucks :)

Don't waste your money! Super Super Super small portions! Paid $46.00 and literally have less then a pound of food! Definitely not worth it/ Super disappointing

I had called to book Romero's Taco Truck back in June, giving the person who took our booking all of our information about the event (a soccer tournament). They confirmed the booking and we were all set-or so I thought. I phoned a few weeks prior to that event trying to get in touch to see if they had a generator or needed electricity with no answer. I continued to call and on Friday (the day before the event) I was told at 4:25pm that the taco truck had double booked and despite confirming they knew our booking was done months ago, they had agreed to a three day event and would no longer be able to make our event; leaving us with only a brat fry to serve several hundred people. Disappointed doesn't even begin to describe how I felt as I spent all Friday evening and Saturday trying to replace a vendor last minute.

Just hosted Romero's Taco Truck for our staff! The entire experience was great! Communication, Staff and Food was super! Thanks Alex and Team!
