“The food on today was good except the dressing It was very dry; it was inedible. My one complaint about this restaurant is they never get your order right. And the female cashier this evening around 4 pm 022625 was unfriendly; when I told her that I didn’t get my muffin , soda and extra piece of fish. Bad customer service makes me not want to eat the food.“

“While in Milwaukee for my son’s volleyball tournament, we met Eric, the owner of Coaches Soul Food. He invited us to visit, and we’re so glad we did! The fried chicken wings were the best we’ve ever had—crispy, perfectly seasoned, and tender. The catfish was equally delicious. We couldn’t resist sampling the sides: creamy mac ‘n cheese, flavorful black-eyed peas (amazing with rice and hot sauce), sweet potatoes, and phenomenal greens—all served with a tasty beignet. The African watermelon margarita was the perfect touch. This spot is a gem, and we’ll be back every time we’re in town!“

“Very hospitable and friendly staff. the food is full of flavor that progresses with the meal. The food palate is so complete from start to finish, especially when paired with the right wine or cocktail! I will be back! Bonus, the atmosphere is comfortable, time for a meal and conversation. I can’t recommend this enough, especially if you appreciate quality food, locally sourced food that is home made.“

“My Huband and I were in town for the Bucks game. We were looking for black owned establishments and we came across this restaurant. The Wednesday wing special was on point...that were delicious. I had fried catfish, greens and dressing...everything was great. The staff was courteous and accomodating.“

“We recently catered in a lunch for about 90 people for a work event. Buglaow did an awesome job of helping us with menu selection as well as delivery and set up. We had: Baked chicken, rib tips, greens, yams, mac and cheese, rolls/corn bread and peach cobbler. The food was excellent and was enjoyed by everyone- Every thing was delivered on time and hot and fresh. I Would absolutely recommend Bungelow to take care of your food needs large or small!
