“The food on today was good except the dressing It was very dry; it was inedible. My one complaint about this restaurant is they never get your order right. And the female cashier this evening around 4 pm 022625 was unfriendly; when I told her that I didn’t get my muffin , soda and extra piece of fish. Bad customer service makes me not want to eat the food.“

“03/02/2025 2 pieces of cat fish fried hard. Season very well and taste GREAT. Yam are really good not heavy soaked in juice. Macaroni are good just not creamy like I like but still decent n the potatoe salad was good too. I would give it a 9.5/10“

“Went to the new location on Fond Du Lac ave. After a bit of a wait they came and took orders of the cars waiting in line with was nice. I ordered the 5pc chicken wing dinner with yams and mac n cheese. I have no complaints the chicken was well seasoned, crispy and fresh. The yams were good and the mac n cheese was alright as well. Definitely will be back!“

“My Huband and I were in town for the Bucks game. We were looking for black owned establishments and we came across this restaurant. The Wednesday wing special was on point...that were delicious. I had fried catfish, greens and dressing...everything was great. The staff was courteous and accomodating.“

“Very hospitable and friendly staff. the food is full of flavor that progresses with the meal. The food palate is so complete from start to finish, especially when paired with the right wine or cocktail! I will be back! Bonus, the atmosphere is comfortable, time for a meal and conversation. I can’t recommend this enough, especially if you appreciate quality food, locally sourced food that is home made.“

“I had a catfish sandwich the other day and… The bread was toasted just right with butter on both sides. The onions, lettuce and tomato was perfectly crispy. And the fish was fried to perfection with a tasteful crust. I opened it up and gave it perfect sprinkles of hot sauce to top it off. First to last bite was heaven on earth.“

“My family has a long history with this restaurant; my husband began taking me to the bungalow in 1985. Although the years have passed, one thing remains constant: the food is still delicious. Whenever I have the opportunity to visit, and cherished memories of my late husband and I coming their after church with the family.“
“Was out walking this morning and seen this new restaurant, decided to stop back and check them out later today and tried the chicken and waffles they were great.Will go back and try something different next time. Check them out and let's support our Brother and Sister 👠👓
