NEW ISSUE:We went here on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, to watch the second Bucks playoff game. The bar was empty, and the game was on. We ordered drinks ($30 for two WOW) but we were happy that the game was on until---there was NO SOUND. We asked the bartender to turn on the sound and that's when we were told the Cheesecake Factory does not HAVE OR ALLOW SOUND on its TVs in the bar area. HOW WERE WE SUPPOSED to WATCH/HEAR the GAME with NO SOUND?? We asked for the manager who came over and told us the same thing. Sound is not allowed because the Cheesecake Factory does not want to give a sport's bar vibe. Huh?!? THEN DON'T TURN on SPORTING EVENTS! We were so disappointed that we DID NOT finish our drinks and LEFT! We went across the street to Jimmy's Iguana Bar, inside the hotel, and watched the game there.SUGGESTION: TURN OFF the TVs in the bar area, especially during playoff time with THE BUCKS, if you aren't going to have sound. It's a waste of time for customers/fans and in our case, a waste of money as well. It would be great to have my money back for those two drinks since we were misled into believing we'd watch a game with SOUND for the second playoff game for the Milwaukee Bucks... Bucks game in a bar setting WITHOUT SOUND = asinine.UPDATE: After I notified management of what happened, Nic, the manager assured me the Cheesecake Factory would use what happened as a training tool. He also apologized and stated that particular day was exceptionally busy but also stated that wasn't an excuse.I appreciate the time Nic took to listen to my concern; he sounded genuinely apologetic. I will return to this Cheesecake location. Thanks again.Do not order curbside on Saturday night. I was told my order would be ready by 8:59p. I called the curbside number to let them know I was waiting and NO ONE answered. I called again and after the phone rang for what seemed like an eternity someone answered and said my order would be out ASAP. The time was 9:18p. My order did not arrive until 9:21p and it was cold! I understand it’s Saturday but if you can’t handle it don’t offer it!?

Stopped into the Wauwatosa WI store 4/20/2023 for dinner with my daughters on their birthday. Was a Saturday early evening so understood the 45 minute wait no problem. Once seated we placed our order for drinks and dinner. My daughters ordered chicken alfredo, korean chicken, mother ordered the jamican black pepper shrimp and I had the italian sausage and fresh mushroom rigatoni. Drinks came fairly quickly and our food arrived shortly after. The portions are small in comparision to the price you pay. The chicken alfredo was soupy and lacked appeal, the shrimp dish had very few shrimp and they were small shrimp. My italian sausage and mushroom rigatoni, again small portion, was very grainy, the sausage was ground and had hard bits of what appeared to be bone of some sort that I had to spit out. This dish reminded me of a bad sausage and gravy over pasta with raw broccoli. Needless to say I was very disappointed in the food as a whole. Service was good but I can not get pass the quaility of their food at the prices they charge. I will not be returning.

We stopped in for a late lunch. The restaurant was extremely clean. We had a great waiter, and service was spot on. I had the Asian Lettuce Wraps, and they were perfect. Everyone's food came exactly as ordered. We have never had a bad meal here. My only complaint would be how expensive the prices have gotten here....wow

I had a Mai Tai ($15) crab cake bites ($9- happy hour price) and eggroll sampler (15). My bill was $42. The food was ok. The Mai Tai wasn’t as strong as it usually is. Im usually kind of drunk off of one.I usually get the Steak Diane which is amazing!

Bland and overpriced, yet trendy, lol. I've been here 4 times now for birthday dinners. Never my choice. Never had what I'd consider even a good meal. It's been barely average...even at half the price. Another birthday dinner tonight. 7 of us. Not terribly busy. No wait for a table. 20 minutes to get our drinks. We order, and I decide to try the turkey burger. Everyone else orders various pasta dishes. 2 minutes before our meals start to come out, the waitress stops by and says they're out of turkey burgers, and I have to choose something else. I opt for the jambalaya. The other 6 meals come out, and I get a few updates on my jambalaya while I wait and wait..."just another minute", "your ticket is next"...I was just about to cancel it, as all but one of the others in my party was finished eating, when my jambalaya showed up. In retrospect, I should have just refused it then, as I'd waited 25 minutes past when everyone else got their food. I took a bite, and it had to have been sitting in back for at least 5-10 minutes since it was ready - luke warm. But even if it had arrived fresh, it was bland and flavorless. I've literally had better frozen TV dinner jambalaya. And as for the other pasta dishes at our table, nobody was raving about anything being better than average. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the cheesecake is good. Oh, and my family already knows that I won't be returning there ever again. 4 strikes and they're out. Next birthday I will stay home with all of our family's dogs and play with them while eating a frozen pizza instead. If you want a good meal at these prices, find a mom & pop restaurant that has 20 excellent offerings on the menu, instead of 120 offerings (like cheesecake factory) who can't make any of them very well.

We just left Happy Hour at the Cheesecake Factory. I had the Mojito and my husband had the Long Island. For the price the drinks were a great value. Also the bartender was kind enough to share her secret as to why the Mojito was so delicious. I can't wait to try this when I return to FL.
