Placed an online pick up order, went to go pick it up, the door was locked and was told to ring the bell. Two girls literally stared at me as a rang the bell and watched me stand in the doorway for 5 minutes before I just left. Unbelievable.

Half of our order was not delivered and then when we were almost done eating found this plastic tip in the pizza. Choking hazard for my children among other issues. I know accidents happen but too many accidents for one order. Needs new management or something.

Came in from out of town and saw this was the best rated pizza. Hands down, is not. They were 20 minutes late. The pizza was overcooked and cold. The wings were soggy. Paid $95 for crap service. Our gas station pizza is way better than this place.

The pizza we had was terrible. It seemed like they used poor quality oil, which made it hard to digest. My daughter even ended up vomiting.

Ordered food and was supposed to arrive at 9:25pm. At 9:30 I checked their app and it said 10:20pm. I understand things happen, but I called them to see what was going on and they said that someone called me (they didn’t) to say my order wasn’t going to be delivered. Person on the phone didn’t have a care about this issue. Very disappointed that this is the level of service we get when these folks are looking for $15 per hour. Please reconsider your career aspirations as this might be too much for you…
