I have only been to this location a few times but have always felt welcome. This past Sunday I had to deal with someone named Lily who was extremely rude. She acted like she couldn't be bothered to do her job. Chose to ignore you while your standing at the counter waiting to place your order then very short with you when you did talk to her. Thankful for the other young lady who was working with her that day as she was very kind and the only reason that I did not say anything...

Beautiful coffee bar in the old town part of Wauwatosa. Nice selection of pastry, although we just had coffees. I would definitely go back for the soothing atmosphere and great coffee!
