Friendly and hardworking staff. I placed an online for about 120 wings( and sides) and was given an estimate of about 25 minutes. The order was nearly wrapped when I arrived for pick up and the staff confirmed I had everything listed. Service was great but I do not recommend ordering fries, so soggy.

Ordered delivery from here. Never came. Manager and workers were rude and incompetent. 0/10, can tell they do not give a shit about the company. I would fire everyone here.
Dont normally review but i would avoid ordering here, the staff do nothing to help you and put you on hold for 15 minutes when your order is 2 hours late and never arrives

We order from this store often.Our order consists of through doordash a 40 pc wings plus a promo of 10pc boneless meal. The meal arrived and we checked the bag only to have 16 lemon pepper and 7 louisiana rub and our 10 pc and the fries with veggies and the dressing. Due to the order being wrong we called the store spoke first to the lead manager who was unable to assist. Then the manager Marisol got in the phone.She blamed the missing food on the doordash driver both of them did. She didn't want to replace what was lost she then hung up on us. We went to the store to confront and ask why she hung up and all we wanted was what we paid for $70 worth of food. She Marisola or whatever her name is, the MANAGER, argued with me and blamed the missing food on the door dash driver.I told them our package was secured and not messed with. Thank to The lead Manager Jermaine he fixed our order and gave good customer service. They need to fire that Manager she has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL! This not then first time on her watch we have had this problem!!!

Ordered multiple times from this place and it’s either my food is COLD or not fresh or they forget my drink. Called and spoke to the manager Priscilla, rude short spoken and didn’t seem to care so I pushed for my refund and will not be ordering from this place again after too many simple screw ups that ruin my day. Zero star if it was possible.

I’m so sick of ordering food from here almost daily when I could actually give my business to someone else,each and every time I order online, I specifically ask states I want my wings well Done( fried hard) ask for lemon pepper ,you barely get any seasoning,ask for hot honey,you the wing is almost dry and no hot honey sauce.I’m sick of getting home and they almost taste like rubber and fat! These wings are not that cheap to continue going through this mess! I’m always placing $50 -$60 orders! Get it together wings stop!! Had the time there’s no one in there but the cook so what’s the problem ,I mean you have the time to fry wing hard as requested by the customers!
