Ordered takeout before the packer game, it was really busy, but the crew handled the rush wonderfully. The wings were great, exactly as ordered and very tasty. Their ranch is also great. Overall very happy with this meal and value!

About twice a year or so I cave to the free delivery promo and order boneless wings in a combo with fries and a drink (with extra cook time because I like super crispy wings). The wings? Usually ok. Usually no complaints. The fries? Always cold and soggy (even when extra cook time is requested). I maybe am able to eat 1/4th of them. Sometimes I just get veggies because I know the fries will be so terrible. The drink? I get it maybe once every two years. Usually it’s just … nowhere to be found with my delivery. I also ask to have my delivery left at my side door, and usually it’s left at my front door or last time it was left at my neighbor’s front door… The wings aren’t that good for all of the other annoyances.

Last time I ate from here my food took an extra 40 minutes and it was a grill cleaning bristle in my fries now today I order online my food took 30 minutes extra and they shorted me 2 tenders. I wanna support yall so bad but yall are making it so difficult! Flavors are good on the food just service and food safety is poor.

Like wow, dude. What in the heck does it take to receive an accurate order from this place? Ordered through Doordash & after the order was put through & I had gotten the notification that it was being prepared, I decided to call the restaurant just to kindly ask that I get all of the items I paid for. This was including 4 separate sauces & 2 fudge brownies. The girl that answered had an attitude & right away I was concerned. However, she did assure me that I should get all of my order, no problem. The food arrives, and guess what? Yep, 2 missing tenders, 2 missing sauces and 1 of the freaking brownies. Like are you forreal? I'm so done. And these are the people who are now demanding $20 bucks an hour. Yeah, okay.

Messed up my order pretty bad. This is what I ordered order three flavors ten wings and ten wings and ten wings this is what I got 10 of flavor 19 of 1 flavor. One of one flavor???? I pretty much had to yell my order do to music.

Waited to long for a simple order Guess we're placing orders in there car and getting serve first . When I ask how long my order was going to take .she said rudely mam, the orders come first . I said there was no one here . Then she took my fries dunk in the fryer looks to heat them up . Put in the big bag . Only had 6 lemon pepper bones out and fries . Wasn't worth the wait . With the reheat fries . Never going again .
