We had my mom cancer benefit here and the staff was 100% friendly and eager to help with any questions etc. I can't recall getting the younger gals name that was bartending, but she had dark shoulder length hair and the other one was my 5th grade math teacher Susan Cooley ( oops excuse me I meant Mrs. Cooley?) lol but it was so nice to see her and hear about her grandbabies. Very Nice It has been sold. It is called BOONDOCKS now. I have been going to this bar for over 58 years. When Carol got involved and started cooking that was wonderful. The new owners are locals and food keeps coming.
There were 2 people behind the Bar and 4 people at the Bar . No one waited on us . Contacted the owner. She offered to Comp our meal which she did . But we spent an hour there an the Barmaid only asked us once how we're things .. We waited over a half an hour for someone to come over to us and nobody came over. I
Left a $5.00 tip and walked out . Don't think we will be going back there
