We used Aggie’s for our wedding last August and it was amazing! Rachel was so helpful during the tasting and helped us work through all the details. We recieved so many compliments on the desserts from our guests, there were not many left over! Aggie’s has the perfect variety of treats for a sweets table! The flavors and freshness were perfect and were reasonably priced compared to many of the other options out there.

Aggie's Bakery truly exceeded our expectations with our wedding cake! From the initial consultation to the final product, their team was professional, attentive, and incredibly talented. The cake not only looked stunning but tasted divine – our guests couldn't stop raving about it! They perfectly captured our vision and created a cake that was both beautiful and delicious. Honestly, I was expecting more. I got a key lime bar and I expected it to taste like key lime pie. Its sweet. And they're usually sour almost. Not just that, but I thought that it would have the crunchy layer that the pies have, but instead it was a chewy base. Not satisfied as a lime lover 🫤🫤

The experience was perfect from start to finish. The cake was delicious and beautifully done. Made our day that more special. I would recommend Aggies to anyone

Had a bad experience with ordering a cake from here. Left a review and Rachel said to call the store. I did. Never returned call. Bought 2 tier baby shower cake. gave picture of light blue and the cake was a navy blue. The white cake was so dry. After the shower, down the garbage disposal $183.00 cake went. WASTE OF MONEY !!!!!!!! SO DISAPPOINTED !!!!

We had an incredible experience working with Aggie’s for our wedding last summer! Not only were our cupcakes and cutting cake absolutely delicious, the staff was incredibly helpful leading up to our wedding and very prompt on our wedding day. Free first year anniversary cake is also a huge added bonus! Pricing was also very reasonable compared to other local bakeries!

We recently purchased a bulk order of cupcakes for our wedding. Everyone liked the cupcakes and the mini size was perfect! The issue that soured our experience was that the order was pre-paid, but the family member who picked up the order was charged again for the $300+ amount. While the bakery later refunded the order (after the family member argued and gave proof to show their mistake), they did not inform the family member that it takes multiple business days for the refund to process. We had to follow up the next week to confirm this refund took place. We also requested that they provide a small coupon for cupcakes for the family member's children as an acknowledgement of their inconvenience (probably a $10 value); they declined. They claimed it was the bank's fault (when the bank wouldn't need time to refund if the bakery didn't incorrectly charge them in the first place!). I would not recommend this bakery if you have large expensive orders. Mistakes happen, but the unorganization of their staff and unwillingness of the bakery to take accountability - especially for a large order was frustrating. There are a lot of great bakeries in the area - if you have a large order, particularly for a wedding, we'd recommend alternative bakeries in the Milwaukee area to avoid future issues.

I’m extremely disappointed in the customer no service I received when I ordered my 9 year old a birthday cake. They should not use buttercream when describing a frosting if it does not taste like buttercream.I ordered from here multiple times their red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting. For my son’s birthday I decided to order him a birthday cake from the website. My son is on the autism spectrum so he has a pallet that he can distinguish differences in flavors. I allow him to eat cake knowing he will only eat the frosting and at this point all he’s ever ate was buttercream so that is the flavor…or so I thought when I ordered his cake. When I cut the cake the same day I purchased it I noticed he did not devour the frosting like he normally would so I cut a piece for myself. I thought maybe there was a mix up in the frosting so I called Aggie’s and explained that I had ordered buttercream. I was told by Racheal that most people think their buttercream is whipped but it is not whipped and I could bring in the cake for them to re frost. My husband then called the next day to negotiate a price for them to make a new cake when we were told we would have to pay full price if we wanted a new cake. I wasn’t looking for any money back just for them to meet us in the middle. Before the weekend is up I will be taking by business to Grebies where where I have always received good customer service. Shame on Aggie’s.

We had the best experience with Aggies for our wedding! We chose Aggies because we already knew how much we loved going in for a treat and enjoying whatever we picked out. We did a small cake for a cutting cake for us, and a ton of mini desserts for our guests. Everything was packaged so professionally at pick up that it made it so easy for our coordinator to set up! Our guests raved about how delicious all of the desserts were. From the tasting, to any questions, to pick up everything went seamlessly. We would highly recommend Aggies for all of your dessert needs!

Great coffee but stale bakery and after the way we were talked to today, I'll never be back! Guess we'll be wedding cake shopping elsewhere.

My husband and I enjoyed our wedding cake and were satisfied with the services we received. Communication was always professional, adjusted to my needs, and my guests enjoyed the desserts. Many people talked about how wonderful the doughnuts tasted! Definitely recommend using them in the future!

Aggie’s did our wedding cake and cupcakes and they were amazing; so many compliments. They were also great to work with. We’ve gone here for coffee and morning sweets on the weekends too; they’re such an incredible gem for downtown West Allis. ❤️❤️
